Lickboot is the secondary antagonist in Tom and Jerry: The Movie alongside Aunt Figg.
He is the snide lawyer and boyfriend of Aunt Figg, and they both want to capture Robyn Starling so they can have her father's inheritance money. He was voiced by the late Tony Jay.
They are obsessed with money to the point that they sing a song about their greed, and Lickboot was now best known for this line: "We've GOT to have...MONEY." which became an internet meme.

Lickboot manages to get the villain group cleared of their charges
Teaming up with Simon Bar Sinister and Sharon Carter, he discovers something truly incriminiating and uses it to have the kids arrested He reads them the charges which involves harboring a dangerous psychopath of the Salamanca Family and defying Solider Boy
Barsinsiter, Sorrento and Lickboot work on the ray gun as Solider Boy is using Lizbeth to try and get her parents to show up so he can kill them with it. He is already getting the papers into effect to enforce the adoption SB intends on Lizbeth
After Solider Boy is exposed and everything he did comes to light, He is cornered and arrested by the police for his tampering and dirty laundry work with him and Payback 2.0
