Kraven the Hunter (real name Sergei Kravenhoff) is a big game hunter who seeks to capture Spider-Man and prove that he is the greatest hunter in the world.
He is an expert hand-to-hand combatant and so often rejects the use of firearms in favor of his own natural abilities. He sometimes uses a mystical serum that grants him superhuman senses, strength, speed, stamina, durability, agility, reflexes, and longevity.
