Kowalski is a character that hails from the Penguins of Madagascar universe alongside his leader Skipper, Private and Rico.
M.O.D.A.B. Storyline[]
Kowalski debuted in Slade Strikes Back as one of the characters trying to stop Slade and Joker alongside his men.
Using his intelligence he was the one who came with the ideas and also a bit of the medic too. He returned in The V team Island Adventure once again as an alley for Bender and the B Team, alongside the other penguins, and the lemurs.
However, he and the team minus Skipper decided to stay to check on the injured people from the war with Skeletor and Hordak only to return to save the others against Platyborg.
Kowalski's favorite thing is science but his inventions often blow up or go horribly wrong. His greatest weapon is his brain but sometimes it's his weakness as well. The cause of his death was due to Anton Chigurh who killed him and the other two for Joker with his silence shotgun he equips with him at all times.
Joker tell Skipper he killed Kowalski and his team as a way to make Skipper mad.
He appears in Pilgatory where Zero, Lizbeth and Ciel were sent and he reveals that the time abnormality isn't fixed and that all mankind is doom after talking with the three, though Zero annoys him a bit Kowalski says the way to fix it is that is has something to do with the last and current adventure Dib and his friends have been on.

Chapter 3: Solider Boy's Final Stand[]
He, Private and Rico are talking a mission with Skipper, when the latter is sucked into a wormhole/black hole. They try to figure what happen with Kowalski meeting up with Dee Dee, and they learn M.O.D.A.B was sucked in by Jorgen and Marceline just like Lizbeth was a long time ago. They learn that Launchpad wasn't there either . They all decide they need to find a way to make up for not finding Lizbeth. They decide to look for more geniuses when it comes to wormholes and blackholes.
Kowalski and the others find Phineas, Isabella and Jimmy Neutron and get their help to get the others back. He tried Stewie and Doof and the others Tried Blowhole but everyone was too busy or stuck in space at that time. With Rico spitting out more tools for the group, Kowalski goes to work with them to make their machine.
Isabella, Jimmy, Phineas and Kowalski work on the black hole/worm hole generator and they manage to get to working they have Private, Rico, Jorgen, Marceline and Dee Dee all try at least a few times. Before they decide on using it to a full test drive. This eventually works as
Dib, Bubbles, Milo, Blossom, Buttercup, Darkwing Duck, Edd, Nina Cortex, Boomer, Skipper, Starfire, Heloise and Dexter all return back to their time line. Jimmy, Jorgen, Kowalski, Private, Rico, Phineas, Isabella and Marceline who are relieved to see them home and ask what happened with them. They explain in a quick way what really happened with them.

Once Skipper,, Starfire and Heloise get back to their friends about the dubiousness of Bender getting his own house from a murderous gang banger. Kowalski asks if they should follow in case, Skipper says he is confident Bender has this. When Phineas and Isabella got the hot rod he asked for, Kowalski helped them and in tuning it up with Heloise to work better with Rico installing more weaponry which Bender feels the Penguins spoiling him.

The Penguins, Starfire and Heloise go in after the Supes to protect their friends and they also notice Bender and Anti Cosmo leaving Tek Knight manor where they are not shocked at any of this happening. Bender finds them and tells them the truth of the Solider Boy situation that he got into a long time ago that Neuman knew about with Slade, Anti Cosmo and Luan. Skipper is pleased to see Bender is keeping the penguin code in how he is operating here as he learns what The Robot has been doing, Kowaslski does feel some more answers might be needed and convinces the guys to to see Luan and get her recollection of the events.
Book 2: Interlude[]
With the rest of the Penguins, Kowalski joins up with Skipper, Starfire and Heloise to investigate the Vought situation officially as Bender gave them the go ahead to do just that after he and Luan told them the truth about it. As a result he meets Bean, Captain Hero and other allies Bender and Luan managed to work with. Kowaslski ends up being essential to dealing with N.Tropy's forces and is able to successfully orchestrate an escape with the rest of the Penguins and Bender's own allies to insure Putty, Zib and Tek pay for false imprisonment all the while recording info that Bender hands to Heloise, Skipper and Starfire about everything he was willing to tell at the moment. For all his wins, Kowalski does find himself outclassed against Rodrigo Redneb, despite tagging up with The Penguins and Starfire, He is able to insure their escape though. The Penguins then earn of the full history Bender, Slade, Anti Cosmo and The B Team dealt with through the last few quests. Kowalski also attempts to analyze the severed hand of Rodrigo with the attempt to try and figure where he comes from.
Book 3: Culmination[]
Kowalski does manage to discover that Rodrigo isn't from the same universe as they are and from an alternate multiverse and believes that time code in New York could work well against him. He and the rest of the team fight his forces and they manage to prevent Redneb from getting it, though Bender did get it he is stranded in Amphibia so they have to settle for other things. With Grace Wain and Deathstroke both attempting to work on fixing the latter's reptuatuion due to all the dirt coming to light, he and the Penguins are sent to the future to help get time devices and find what was needed. While it seems simple, N.Tropy's forces do attack and Kowalski does anaylsis and figures out N.Tropy's plots and plans with all this before escaping with Bender and Luan informing him and the others of what they did on their own ends of things.
