Kon Tatsumi is the daughter of Tokie Tatsumi and an Urara in training. In her childhood, she had very little social interaction, owing to her locking herself in her room to focus on studying Urara practices. She is quite strict and studious, though she quickly begins to lighten up after meeting the rest of the Natsume-ya girls, especially Chiya. After becoming convinced that the latter can see gods, Kon becomes envious in light of how hard she has had to work towards the same level all her life. However, she does not let this get in the way of her friendship with Chiya and the rest of her fellow Urara in training.
Kon wears a bow on her head which often gets her mistaken for a kitsune-- a fox spirit.
