King Aldrich is the foremost antagonist of the Disney Channel series Amphibia.
He was King Andrias' father and previous ruler of Newtopia. After joining the Core, he became the face of it and desires to undo the prophecy of the three human girls so he can rule the multiverse alongside his ancestors.

Book 3: Culmination[]
He is first seen in one of Andrias's flashbacks where he gaslights his son in trying to ditch his friends on accoutn they will use him for his position as the to be king, Aldrich shows his son, the Core which he explains is a hive of all the great leaders of Amphibia and that it will be his only ally once he takes the throne. He hands Andrias the key to the Box while telling him of his main mission.
He gaslights his son to betray his friends and then uploads his mind into the Core and begins to continue using his son and persuades him to attempt to kill Bender, Slade, Anti Cosmo, Luan and Harry as he came to recongize they are threats to their legacy after Bender attacked the crown after Marcy's actions where revealed and with Harry discovering some truths of him and The Core using Olivia and Yunan.
Book 4: Falling Climax[]
King Aldrich appears to Marcy in her head and makes her believe everything is peachy clean and this works until Marcy resists and fights back against him in her head while Bender, Slade, Anti Cosmo, Luan, Harry, Sasha and Grime fight to free her from him. Once they free Marcy from The Core, this is when Aldrich decides to makes his final movie and decides as the Core's mind to destroy the heroes and secure victory.
He tries to use his son to help save them to become one with the core and insure of Marcy, Anne, Sasha and Bender's deaths at his hands if he can though. Andiras refuses and orders his remaming robots to fight the core and Aldirch wanders why his son is doing this when Andiras tells his dad he is standing up to him and crushes the crown. Once the moon, this is the end of King Aldirch and The Core.
