Keeper is a character from Power Rangers Dino Charge, Power Rangers Dino Super Charge, and Power Rangers Beast Morphers.
He is voiced by Richard Simpson.
Keeper is the Guardian of the Energems and the mentor of the Dino Charge Rangers. In order to prevent Sledge from stealing the Energems, Keeper entrusted their safety to 10 dinosaurs. He possesses the power of teleportation, memory projection, and Energem Bond Severance, which was used when Albert, the former Purple Dino Charge Ranger, didn't want to be bonded with the Purple Energem anymore. Keeper also uses a staff as a means to defend himself.
