Judge Death was a human judge that took a sadistic cruelty of enjoyment in killing criminals who go against the law and enjoys abusing his power as an officer of the law. He wanted to live this experience forever and threw away his humanity turning into an undead entity through a black magic ritual then killed the entire population with the other death judges on his planet Earth where it was now left with just an entire background of bones and blood pouring around the area because living was a crime. He is the most evil law enforcement cop villain of all fiction and would dare even kill a baby.
The True Templar Order[]
Judge Death joins Rodrigo Borgia's True Templar Order to help him and Hazama murder humanity and pretends to be one of the good guy cops to frame and arrest the heroes and later wants to see them killed off if given a chance because Judge Death would love to murder them once Rodrigo Borgia gives the command.
