Judge Claude Frollo is the minister of justice and the main villain of The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
He is considered the darkest and most evil of Disney villains. He also responsible for the death of Quasimodo's mother and tried kill an innocent family because he suspects that they're collaborating with gypsies.

Frollo first appears alongside BlackGarurumon having overseen Sinister's plans. Baron and Evil Buss find out what Sinister is doing with other members that didn't make to the meeting and decide to procure them before Sinister does by Gaston and Ultraman getting him to help. They ultimately do so stealing Sinister's chance at three more captives.
Frollo arrives at the mountain with Braniac and tries to assimilate B Team Members, Gold and Discord with a force field. Though Suede distracts him and attacks his soldiers why Frollo tries to do in the internet reviewer. Frollo back at base angered at Suede referred to him as a "Disrespectful Mormon" Frollo and Gaston are next seen with the villains regarding Soran and co, and he notices how oblivious Gaston is in hitting on Belle. Frollo advises Sunset to kill the vampires Jesse has on the battlefield. Frollo and Gaston join with Anarky and Zemo to help out regarding the B Team split to stop the disco ball.When they do, Gaston and Frollo decide to use them as gifts for BlackGarurumon which works as well as one expects.
Frollo sends off Hans, Welker and Philip to find the Trigger while talking with Paul McDaggett about the Jack White Act. The Children of BlackGarurumon members led by Cronus make an ambush on the heroes such like Anarky knew would happen.Ares, Frollo, Du Bois, Shaw and Unalaq all arrive in the sand world and shove the B Team into a pyramid making sure they are done with so BlackGarurumon can work on Blue who betrayed him to help Pan.
He and the main members of the team head in the Springfield to try and smoke Slade, Bender, Castiel, Discord and the others on BlackGarurumon's orders. He is eventually beheaded and defeated by Suede who teaches a lesson in religion.
