Juan Bolsa

Juan Bolsa is a supporting antagonist in the AMC crime drama show Breaking Bad and a major antagonist in its prequel/sequel Better Call Saul.

He is a high-ranked member of The Cartel as one of their co-founders along with his boss Don Eladio and Hector Salamanca. He also had a partnership with drug kingpin Gus Fring for a while before the latter betrayed and had him killed.

Anglesmith Origins

Chapter 1

Bolsa is told by Becker of what Becker has done and the map which they will use as part of Becker's plan to acquire more power and more influence on Slade's Empire and use it for their plans

Bolsa warns Becker that he can't go through with it unless Eladio wants it as he is the boss of the operation despite the group being Becker's group. Bolsa tells Eladio of it and tells Becker that he has Don Eladio's approval to enact this plan

Bolsa is told of Bender, Slade and Bean's involvement and approves Becker's need for men by Becker to insure of this success

Chapter 2

Becker reports to Don Bolsa, Becker requests some more troops to help with this as he has his other men tail the two respectfully. Though Don Eladio questions his ability to do his job, though Becker argues he is capable and he does have the map and that he will accomplish what he has in mind for the Cartel

Chapter 3

He is handed the weed from The Cartel forces that they stole from Tegridy Farms, Which Bolsa decides to handle as he informs them that this will assist in maintaining the order.

Chapter 4

Don Bolsa hires Bunny and Claude and as it turns out Pinstripe to help with this plan. Bolsa offered Bunny and Claude for their help for all the carrots they want. As Bolsa decided to reason with their actual desires. Bolsa advises Becker that he will have no reason not to fail in this, he has bestowed some of the finest killers in the Cartel to help him and the others as he also got The Salamanca Twins involved to help.

Chapter 5

Becker contacts him about his progress and tells him to inform Eladio of it.

Epilogue

Bolsa reports to Eladio that Becker has died at the hands of Slade, Anti Cosmo and the others, Bolsa considers maybe getting some intel on Slade and the group before going after them. They just need to wait and just focus on their money making work.

Double Life Emergence

Episode 1

Bolsa is able to get a hold of some replacements in the Cartel for Leaders, after losing another one. Bolsa managed to get a capable ally to his side and he greets the other members of the Cartel to introduce him. Bolsa then uses his police connections and fellow dirty cops, he had placed on his payroll to find out and report to Eladio that both Slade and Bender have crossed the border into China Town and this is when Eladio decides to put a hit on them and their allies.

Bolsa decides to have their operations continue against sabotaging Slade's operations.

Episode 2

Don Bolsa arrived at the bar Slade went to get info out of Tortugana and manages to abduct him alongside the Cousins for mouthing off to Slade about what the Cartel is doing. He brings Tortunga back to the house of Don Eladio with The Cousins. Where Anton is recovering and Pablo Esacbar joins with them. Bolsa and The Cousins decapitate his head with a machete and with Pablo they stuff explosives into his head and use a turtle they give to Hardley to use set up getting revenge on Captain Hero.

Episode 3

Bolsa holds a meeting about the profits of the cartel and mentions how Milton Midas has been Eladio's top earner and how Eladio wants the cartel to do what Milton is doing. He then later is seen investigating how Captain Hero managed to escape using his own cop connections to do so, noting that Varga assisted in breaking him out.

Episode 5

Bolsa holds a meeting with the other Cartel leaders to discuss how Eladio is taking things and the money as well as tributes. He is given a request by Horner about safer distrubtion which he sees what he can do. Hector tries to rat Midas out to Eladio and Bolsa about what he's doing and Bolsa infroms and has to calm Hector down about his feelings of disrespect that they give him and his family. Bolsa then sends a message to Midas about Eladio praising him for using produce as a way to distract the authorities and his front about constructing a business cover with water.

Episode 7

Bolsa manages to help Jack Horner with his request and even convinces Eladio to do so despite Midas's success as they need to all co-operate to insure the Cartel's success when it comes to money.

Episode 9

Bolsa called a meeting with his other associates for some words with Eladio and is quick to note Frank Underwood isn't there which makes him realize they must talk to him solo. He does warn Gus about Eladio's desires to use Bliss over Meth could be a problem for them and their partnership.

Bolsa calls Underwood into a meeting about his lack of action by Eladio and Bolsa noting how individual Frank operates and tries to get him to be more of a team player like his other allies. Midas received the use for his plans to force the rest of the farmers off their land or to sell it to him particularly Morgana with Chang and Anton's help. Bolsa does call this out as Midas is acting way too much into greed to the point where he will get people out of the game and thus lose allies or earners with what Midas is plotting which Midas ignores using his spot as Eladio's top earner. Bolsa warns he could lose that spot if he gets too ambitious,

Episode 11

Milton Midas reports to Don Bolsa about the loss of his lawyer and that he will rat on them due to scruples. Bolsa orders Hagen to be found and taken out only to keep their operations safe.

Frank sets a meeting with Don Eladio and Bolsa and tells them that Milton Midas is clearly plotting against them all and is doing many double deals behind them and that he needs to be killed for this. Bolsa and Eladio then call up Midas through Anton to get his side of the story since Bolsa is reasonable to see what Midas will say.

Episode 12

Milton Midas and Professor Chang arrive at Eladio's poolside and Midas has Chang meet with them as he uses some vital he has on something. Eladio and Bolsa call a meeting with Milton Midas and Professor Chang  about what Frank Underwood has accused him of in his actions to betray the Cartel for himself to go on his own. Midas denies claims of this and just tells them that Frank is acting out of not being the top dog and that he is trying to sabotage him. Eladio and Bolsa act about Midas's projects which Midas explains he is doing this to increase profits for them and that Underwood needs to be taught a lesson in team work. Eladio does agree and says that he is aware Midas is using his ability to make money is without equal, but he needs to know who is boss and  instructs Bolsa to keep a eye on Midas. Midas agrees until he slaps Don Eladio into his own pool. This horrifies Bolsa that Midas just threw Don Eladio and Midas says he is going to take over the cartel and tells Chang to throw Bolsa in which he does and the two swear to kill him. However Midas just says they will enjoy their new life as rats and the two are turned into rats

Episode 23

Bolsa was restored to normal due to the actions of the heroes and he decides to hold a meeting with the rest of the Cartel and has Eladio on speaker phone as it has been decided what they will do after everything Midas has done. Bolsa takes charge of some of the allies that were under Midas and has arranged early paroles for some of their allies due to his connections. Though Bolsa is sure they can bring someone in to replace Midas that will know their place as he is aware Midas's actions have damaged the Cartel to an extent.

The Prankster Point Paradox

Chapter 5

He is in contact with The Prankster, Lorenzo Suave, Captain Putty and Customer Service. Captain Putty and Prankster ask for more operatives to help in their plans to acquire more money for the Cartel so they can get provide resources for them. Eladio isn't so sure on this since Prankster is new, Putty states that they brough more money than most earners and that earn some rights to some goons. Prankster isn't so deterred and states she can handle a lot herself and that if she can provide intel or whatever, she will be fine as she is aware that someone is operating as a mole to the enemies of the Cartel.

Bolsa and Eladio hear out Prankster and she explains that the two heads of their oppositon know the man and that they took out their men at the Mc Duck Manison and that it might be good to probe for weakness and to keep an eye on the girl with the mutliversal traveling powers to fatten their wallets

Don Bolsa agrees to this and states Prankster will go far with that kind of moxy, something Eladio states as well as that they will be in touch. Putty seeing dollar signs and a big payout decides to get the Cartel stuff while the other two stay

Chapter 8: Earth X's Last Stand

Bolsa directs the others to go after the heroes and to bring them alive as he suspects they're involved with Fring. He is right of course though he is taken out by Mike and his forces respectfully.
