Joltik

Joltik (Japanese: バチュル Bachuru) is a dual-type Bug/Electric Pokémon introduced in Generation V.

It evolves into Galvantula starting at level 36.

Since it can't generate its own electricity, Joltik sticks onto large-bodied Pokémon and absorbs static electricity, which it stores in an electric pouch.
