Johanna is a principal character in the Hilda graphic novels, television series and Hilda Tie-In Series; she is Hilda's protective mother, who loves her very much, the love interest and eventually wife of Jaune Arc. She is also a surrogate mother figure to Lincoln and Lydia as well treating them like her own kids despite them having families.

Chapter 1[]
As Lincoln, Lydia, Ford and Bruce all visiting and talking to Hilda, Johanna tells them that Hilda is still grounded so she can't help them for her sneak out. Bruce and Ford try to convince her to no avail, though she have her sympathy for Bruce's orphan situation. Upon them leaving, she tells Lincoln good luck as she knows Lincoln can do so. Joanna also offers her help to them if it's ultimately needed and for Lincoln to try and get a whole of her
Realizing that Hilda did defy this order and snuck out, Johanna decides to go after Hilda realizing she can could be in very real trouble.
Chapter 2[]
The Portal that took Joanna elsewhere as it turns out, took her to the world of The Bad Guys. Puzzling Johanna exactly what she got in, she ends noticing herself in the middle of an alien attack in the world she is in
However, Mr.Wolf and his friends do arrive at the nick of time and get her in the car. Johanna is told of what she got herself into unknowingly and that it might be best to stick with them. Joanna asks who are they, Mr.Wolf introduces himself and his gang and that they are engaging against M.A.L.I.C.E who has plans for some kind of an alien invasion or at least some of their members do.
Joanna mentions that she is looking for her daughter as she once again decided to sneak off for adventure. Mrs.Taruntla asks if that kid is Hilda and Joanna confirms it, Taruntla states that she met her before and she can confirm this is the case.
Chapter 3[]
Johanna and The Bad Guys are staking out somewhere waiting for a move from the professor. Since The Bad Guys once more followed Professor Marmlade as he is working with aliens spefcially General Lurantis. They all manage to find an opening and head off to the compound. They are also followed by two other agents, Mulder and Scully who also have been tailing an alien invasion.
Mr.Wolf, Mr.Shark and Joanna both go looking around the base and they find plutonians, which doesn't look like the ones that Wolf and Shark dealt with. Joanna asks what kind of aliens did they see, Wolf states it wasn't like this. It was more like some kind of Martians.
Mr.Shark looks for a disguise, though this is unsuccessful as there is no clothing. Johanna and Wolf both continue looking around and this is when they are surrounded by Plutoians
Snake and Pirahana ask if Webs got it and the Taruntla confirms she did get this.
Lurantis attempts to kill Mr.Snake and Mr.Pirahna and Marlmade strays away in cowardice. Lurantis disapproves of this obviously and fights both of them. Despite being outnumbered, he beats both of them down skillfully despite Mr.Pirahana's power and Mr.Snake's slick use of his body
Lurantis beats both of them like a rag doll, Webs has the recording and heads up to Mr.Wolf, Mr.Shark and Joanne. They are managed to take out the Plutonians and Webs reports to them that M.A.L.I.C.E actually had an hand in this and Johanna begins to worry that Hilda is in danger. Wolf states that if they can get to a phone she can call her. Webs even offers her a way to do just that. Lurantis shows up with both Snake and Pirahana and forces them to stand down, or he will kill them.
Wolf, Joanna and Shark decide to not stand down and save Wolf's team mates. Webs decide to get the info out using Lurantis as a distraction. She sees Mulder and Scully as well who did mangage to sneak in and manages to gun down some the PLutonians. Mulder notices the spider and Webs tells them about M.A.L.I.C.E and their use of alien life forms and that her friends are in danger from the general. Mulder picks up the spider and puts her on his shoulder as the two agents run to find Lurantis
Wolf, Joanna and Shark managed to land a few hits on the alien invade and Lurantis holds the Bad Guys and Joanna in his hand and reveals that he is not taking risks and intends to kill them right there and now. He unveils a cement mixer and intends to silence them. He gets shot twice by Mulder and Scully with Webs alongside
Mulder and Scully calm the Bad Guys and Johanna down, saying they were on to M.A.L.I.C.E. Mulder admits he was suspicious that M.A.L.I.C.E was why alien life forms was around here and ecstatic that he was right. Scully hands him a $5 dollar bill as he made a bet with her with this. The Bad Guys and Johanna ask who they are and they reveal they're FBI Agents. Mulder and Scully decide to bring them on for the ride. Scully hands Johanna a phone to call that kid of hers and Webs reveals she told the agents about them.
Chapter 4[]
As Johanna finishes her call to Hilda, she is worried about her kid, wondering what kind of monsters her kid is encountering and how close she keeps getting to get killed. She is attempted to be taken down by Scully. Johanna states the worst thing to have happen to a mother is to outlive her child or watch her kid die. This makes The Bad Guys and The Agents silent
Mr.Wolf reassures Johanna that they will make sure when they find her to save her. It's just they have these guys in M.A.L.I.C.E to deal with and Mulder adds that aliens as well are a problem as well
Webs and Mr.Snake add that it could be a bigger problem as well as there is no way to throughfully track them. Johanna states she only feels a little better because she had these capable secret agents in Mulder and Scully who know their field very well.
Mr.Wolf overhears the agents discuss their findings and asks about the alien, Scully and Mulder explain that they ran into 2 kids who encountered this alien as well as a goofy lawyer and a old guy who is not to be judged. Joanna hears this too and asks about Mulder and Scully's kids to them
Joanna realizes that this was Lincoln and Lydia the kids who came to their house and saw Hilda, she worries with Hilda's closeness to Lincoln and that she decides to make a resolve. Wolf asks on this and Johanna states she'll take out the Demogorogon out herself to protect herself, Hilda, Lincoln and Lydia.
Mulder, Scully, Johanna and The Bad Guys arrive in Hawkins according to plan and the former two do so with the intend to track down the creature once and for all. They all decide to go around asking about the creature though they get no answers
Mr.Shark returns from his investigation and presents what he found and they find out that the guy with the cigarette is M.A.L.I.C.E's leader. Joanna is supsicous how some old man being the leader, though Wolf states that the info don't lie and that is what they're seeing.
Johanna wonders off having noticed some alien herself. This turns out to be Demobats and they are in packs.
Johanna does her darnest to fight off the multiudes of Demobats and while it is fortunante to get a few in. They eventually over swarm her and it looks like the end for her until she is saved by someone Upon this, Johanna asks who is this guy and he introduced himself as Jaune Arc.
Johanna and Jaune end up working together and manage to drive the rest of the Demo Bats and manage to drive them all off in part to Jaune. Jaune and Johanna head back to The Bad Guys and Sculder, and Mulder. Joanna asks about Jaune and it's revealed that his lover was killed by The Upside Down, septically the a spider like tentacle like monster that flayed her and took control of her forcing himself to kill her
Johanna sympathizing with his loss decides to help him anyway she can as a way of repayment for saving her life.
Jaune says thanks but he needs to help himself, Joanna does state that he can't do it himself and she is offering to help. Jaune changes his head on this a bit and states he'll think about it. He holds a sample of the Demobat in front her that he took off when she wasn't looking to look at to her disgust.
Mr. Wolf, The Bad Guys, Mulder and Scully see them all come back and ask what Johanna was doing. Johanna states that was she looking for something and ran into Demobats and this is where she Met Jaune.
Jaune Arc hands the sample of the Demobat that he found with her. Mulder and Scully intrigued take it and decide to run a few tests on it. The Bad Guys, Jaune and Johanna all observe and they find out it's alien DNA from the Upside Down. There's nothing that unusual about them apart from their need to feed by the looks of it, and how nearly invulnerable they are.
Webs runs a few tests in return to proceed further with this whole thing as the rest of the Bad Guys, Joanna and Jaune.
Webs, Mr.Snake and Mr.Wolf ask about the Demogorgons and Upside Down residents and Scully explains about what she and Mulder encountered earlier. Jaunne De Arc and Joanna contribute to this as well regarding Demobats as well that They found out about about
Sweet Pete, Lurantis and Alpha all show up and have A Long heated battle occurs in regards to The Bad Guys, Johanna, Jaune Arc and Agents Scully and Sweet Pete decides to take the opportunity as everyone is distracted to notice him to do something. Sweet Pete attempts to knock out Scully and Mulder with an attack for his boss and he is almost successful at this as they are distracted
Mulder and Scully ask Bishop how did he find them, and Bishop reveals that another associate was tailing them this whole time. Scully knows he's referring to the lawyer and the elderly fixer and decides to go with Bishop. Johanna tend to Jaune in regards to his injuries as The Bad Guys help them get in to the vehicle Bishop took to save them
After being saved by Agent Bishop and being revealed as a spy for Deathstroke and ally of his, he takes the group to see the president.
The Group greets Deathstroke as he introduces himself as the president of the northern multiversal and the benefactor of Team Free Will. Deathstroke brings them all in to his office as Bishop, Number 2 and Saul wait
Deathstroke brings in Mr.Wolf, Mr.Snake, Webs, Mr.Shark, Mr.Taruntla, Johanna, Jaune, and Mulder and Scully and briefs them about what is going on.
Johanna asks about Hilda and he reassures her that Hilda is just fine but to calm down and Johanna flips on him saying Hilda is all she has and she worries sick about her ever since whatever happened to her father. Deathstroke tries to explain Team Free Will has her, safe which she accepts but she is still a single mom.
Jaune calms her down and points out that he knows what it feels like considering what he lost and he feels haunted by his inability to have saved his lost love. Joanna states she can help with that and Jaune decides to let his guard down and tells her everything happened between them.
Chapter 5[]
After Deathstroke, Saul, Mike and Number 2 instill the employment papers for the Bad Guys. They are visited by Mr.X who defected from M.A.L.I.C.E upon learning their true intentions. While The Bad Guys, Johanna and Jaune are suspicious. Mike holds him at gun point to explain his intents and why they shouldn't pull the trigger on him
Johanna asks about what their overall intents are. Stan tells Johanna that they are after a government conspiracy as the president uncovered one and it's about what he mentioned to them earlier. She notes dealing with her daughter that she dealt with the supernatural and that this is nothing. Scully warns her that she has no idea what she is dealing and is underestimating the situation.
Stan and Jack decide to take the lead on this and equip themselves as they are hired goons here made to ask shoot first and ask questions later. Mulder and Scully follow suit as does Jaune as the Bad Guys and Johanna follow along behind the armed team mates.
Wolf, Shark, Joanna, Jaune, Snake and Piranha get an eavesdrop and find The Smoking Man has captured some government agents and upon not getting his answers fed them to be a monster that he acquired from the Russians. Jaune has a freak out of his own causing Joanna to ask what's going on and Jaune reveals he saw his loved ones actually killed by that thing and he can't believe it's back as he thought he put it down. Wolf asks Deathstroke and Webs what did they find
Deathstroke and Webs get a photo of it from Wolf and upon doing their work. They state it's a Demogrogon. Wolf and Joanna don't really believe it, though Snake does point out it's from the Russians. Webs states it's from the Soviets and by the looks of it they kept it as a way to execute prisoners or people. Jaune states he doesn't want to think about it, Shark tries to get him to talk
Mulder, Scully, Jack and Stan head off with the Smart Card and go back the rooms staying alert of the guards with double moon rakers on them and reprogram a shuttle guidance and head back to the launch room, shooting more threats to head back to the main frame. The Bad Guys, Johanna and Jaune get back. The latter saving the others from the agents getting too close to the agents as they take the shuttle.
Joanna and Jaune talk about the event that left him freaking out and Jaune struggles to talk about it and Joanna tells him she is ready to hear. Jaune explains about the attack the Upside Down has on him and his friends and love and how he saw his them all slaughtered and killed and how he saw his love killed in front of him. He's been struggling ever since and doesn't know how to move on. Johanna states she can help with this and when they find Hilda that might be even more of help as he can live with them. Jaune softens and states that maybe he won't have to be alone or so much after all
Chapter 6[]
Mulder, Scully and the others show up as well as Deathstroke's agents Jack Bauer and Stan Smith accompany them. Mulder, Scully, Stan and Jack all arrive here is that this is where the alien invasion is set to occur and that finding Team Free Will is essential. The Bad Guys, Stan and Jack go looking on the way. Scully learns of the attack in Royal Woods and realizes that the Mind Flayer is now there and realizes Lincoln is going there and Lydia will have accompanied him, Mulder states that they can take care of this and at worst find out about the Flayer invasion. Scully decides to report this to Deathstroke to get back up. Johanna and Jaune both meanwhile head out to go finding Hilda knowing that Team Free Will has to be here as Scully and Mulder figured out Team Free Will did show up.
As their craft is parked, Bishop, Sid and the others all unexpecting run into Mulder, Scully, Joanna, Jaune, The Bad Guys, and The Agents Stan Smith and Jack Bauer. Upon the whole story getting told they all decide to go find Ford Pines and deal with this whole invasion on the double.
Scully and Mulder tell Agent Bishop about this and decides to have it sent to his boss when needed. Mr. X tells the group to be quiet as the agents are here and he can sense them
Scully and Mulder know it's the Smoking Man and that they tell Johanna and Jaune that this is the guy who let the extraterrisals invade and is the reason for the Demogrogon and Jaune realizes it was CSM that orchestrated his friends and loved one's death. He swears revenge but is talked down them it saying they need to be careful
As the rest of the team come across the galactic federation, Larke radios them to get a hold of Betty Barnett. When asked, Larke states that she is aware of this universe and has been studying Canadian Cartoons Universes when she was back at school to understand the multiuniverse on a broader scale.
Agent Bishop, Larke and the rest learn that Team Free Will is all there and are dealing with aliens like Hero and Mark stated. Bishop states he will have to leave to help Deathstroke get the others and investigate Royal Woods and that The Special Agents will have to come with him. When Cleopatra gets the the gems, she snaps the heroes out of existence the human ones.
While many of them are saved, Johanna is not so lucky and is snapped out of existence of Hilda and Jaune. Lincoln and Lydia learn this when they come back and The former two swear to get the gems and stones and snap her back into existence.
Chapter 7[]
Johanna is eventually restored by the snaps Amanda and Cleo use to save the universe and she is brought back in front of HIlda and Jauna. The three have a tear jerking reunion over their collective fear of losing each other.
None of them really realized that the loss they feared would come true even for a while. Hilda and Johanna make a choice and decide to let Jaune live with them which he decides to think on having took a likening to Hilda and a protectiveness to her
Epilogue[]
After M.A.L.I.C.E is deafeated, Johanna decides to let Jaune move in her as they come to realize that they want to truly be together. She wants to talk to Hilda but Hilda isn't reponsive but Jaune recognizes Hilda needs space.
Hilda talks to her mom about her realization regarding her love situation. Joanna asks has Hilda openly confessed to Lincoln that she loves him, Hilda states she got close and almost killed him even. Hilda does realize she's in a love situation and feels like a 3rd wheel in the fact she realized Lydia is love with Lincoln just like Hilda and noticed their closeness to each other. Hilda doesn't know how to deal with this and asks for some help in her love life from Jaune who agrees to give some advice.
Chang's Guide To The Galaxy[]
With Joanna being busy for reasons relating to the family, she is kept in contact by Jaune and Hilda with the former watching her for Joanna to keep her safe and stop her from acting irrational.
Chapter 4[]
The Crew arrives at home to see Johanna who is surpised that Hilda and Juane brought the whole crew home. They all enter through the door and Ford aplogizes for them all coming and introduces Johanna to Cricket, Ronnie Anne, Crowley. Johanna tells Hilda that Frida and David are on their way to see them. Lincoln, Lydia and Truman all notice something and discuss themselves about Hilda's Mom or Mrs. Hilda putting on the pounds, though Lincoln can tell she's expecting. When Truman and Lydia ask, Lincoln states he knows from having younger siblings. Truman being more childish states what did Jaunna and Johanne actually do to get that to happen. Lydia states that he'll now when he gets older.
Hilda, Joanne and Jauna discuss matters among themselves about Vecna and his pursuit of the former. Joanne freaks out that Hilda is being targeted by something that scary, which Jaune and Hilda have to calm her down. She also learns that Lydia and Lincoln told them about him and the two have been after him for a while. Joanna observes this detail like she figured something out. Hilda hears a knock and it's Frida and David who she discusses the details of the mission when them as Jaune and Johanna have a discussion about what the former does know and he swears to keep both of them safe. Hilda, David and Frida return and Hilda asks if they can stay over, Johanna agrees but states that everyone will find their own place to sleep and asks if they packed sleeping bags, Jaune says the crew has.
Ford approachs Jauna and Joanna and informs them that they will be in charge and asks if they can handle it. Joanna is confident about handing this as it will give experience for dealing with many kids. Jaune asks if Ford has a specfic thing to ask and Ford says to keep an eye on something.
Joanna tells the kids that they're all here with her and Jaune and Ford has some rules for them to follow and spefically some for Lydia and Lincoln not to sneak out without permisson. Joanna explains that she knows the two have a tendency to do as Hilda does this too.
Jaune and Joanna both have a talk about Hilda and how she has been regarding the Lopez Girl, Jaune states she has been acting jealous like she suspected. Joanna suggests he talk to her about envy and jealous which he agrees to. Joanna watches all the kids saying she's worried about what all of them have gone through
Larke, Truman and Jaune meet up with Frida, David, Hilda and Joanna and inform them about the Trolls attacking Trolberg. Sasha and Anne went out to engage with them and that Bells aren't keeping them at bay as Anne told them that they have headphones on their heads. Jaune then tells Hilda that Trundle has remerged once more, Hilda freezes up and screams causing Johanna, Frida and David to have to calm her down and keep her from going loose
Truman tells Jaune some leadership, he uses, Jaune tells Truman that he had to take the bandage off. Larke helps Hilda's friends and mom calm her down saying Hilda dealt with Trundle before, she can do it again. Hilda says that it was a traumatic time for her and she doesn't want to think about it. Larke and Johanna tell Hilda that they're not alone she has her friends with her. Lincoln sees them leave and with Lydia they study their pictures but have to put it to rest with Joanna arriving to talk to the two and to see Jaune, Hilda and Frida.
Joanna talks to Lincoln and Lydia about what they know about this Vecna as she has noted Jaune and Hilda's fear of him. The two state what they know about his methods of killing, his previous work that they went against him, What Dr.Brenner told them and what he did to Jauna directly. Joanna is clearly worried her daughter is in the crossfire of him and knows that the two of them can at least hinder him as Jaune told her that they knew and that like Hilda they have sneaked out frequently.
Lydia asks why them? and Joanna can tell the two that the two have dealt with their own trauma like Hilda and that they can approach this like she can. Lincoln agrees to this and Joanna tells them that Jaune, Frida and Hilda are waiting for them. She also knows Lincoln can help put her mind at ease about her new half brother as she has told Hilda about this and Hilda got uneasy about this and agreed to see Lincoln after his exile so they can talk about what he would do.
Lincoln, Lydia, Joanna come in the kitchen to see Hilda, Jaune and Frida and calm the former that they have this potentially in control, and that they have their bases turned in case. Lydia states that she and Lincoln have been working on the Vecna case for a while.
Mulder and Scully call warning them about Trundle is looking for Hilda and Jaune,and that he is here and so is Erik Alberg and Tezkekl Kan. Hilda freezes up again but Lincoln and Lydia calm her down as does Joanna. Jaune asks what else and Scully infroms of Demogrogons being here too so keep an eye for Vecna too. The Group agrees and Hilda is asked by Frida that she doesn't see her red head problem as Lydia seems to be willing to help Hilda with her Vecna and Trundle problem.
Frida and David manage to find Jaune fighting more of the Demogorgons and the Soviet one is also attacking them as well. They see that the Demogrgons were heading to Hilda's house and they nearly kill Johanna with Jaune having to defend her from them. Frida and David arrive too with Truman and Anne also following suit too and helping Johanna Safe and keep her from stressing out more
After everything goes accordingly, All the crew celebrate their success for saving Trolberg. Jaune and Johanna basically take the crew out for a fun time thanks to Truman, Mulder and Scully helping fund their time.
Hilda, Frida and David are all feeling estactic, and thank Joanna for her taking them out. Joanna says it's the least she can do for the ones who saved Trolberg.
Lincoln, Johanna, Jaune, Mulder, Scully, Frida and David all return home as well and to their shock they see Hilda and Lydia fight. Mulder and Johanna both get their respective kids apart from each other and decide to have Lincoln talk to both of them as well as Johanna and Jaune talk to them too. Frida sees something fall out of Lincoln's pocket and she grabs it,
Lydia questions Joanne about Hilda, and Joanne tells Lydia that Hilda has been stressed about the new half brother and half sister. Lydia questions this and Johanna tells Lydia it's actually twins and she just found out about this, Hilda doesn't know how to deal with that and considering she never knew about her father this caused more trouble. Lydia asks what happened to her, Joanna shows Lydia photos of her and Hilda's dad as she explains that the two weren't together long but did really love each other, Lydia notes he has blue hair and that explains why Hilda is the only person with that color. Joanna states that he was never in Hilda's life really, and that he wasn't a deadbeat or dead it's just he couldn't handle having a kid as they felt they were moving too fast, but with Frida and Jaune she does feel ready now.
Lydia states that doesn't excuse Hilda lashing out at her, Joanna says that Hilda has also been insecure about Lincoln's relationship with Lydia, she feels like a 3rd wheel and is frustrated with Lincoln's ability to confide in Lydia easier as well as everything she has heard about Lydia when Lincoln visited in Trolberg make her feel uneasy. Johanna admits that she has nothing wrong with her and Lincoln, if anyone other than Hilda was going to be with Lincoln, Lydia would be who. Johanna does admit she feels worried about the two like she does for Hilda as everything she has heard from them and asks if Lydia is really okay, Lydia states mostly though she does still have her own issues
Johanna, Lincoln, Lydia, Mulder and Scully all rush in as they help Johanna get there and Vecna shows himself to them scaring all of them. Vecna uses his powers to hold all of them back so he can claim Hilda. Jaune and Johanna both attack Vecna by throwing Moltokov Cockstails at him which Frida and David go to grab Hilda as she has being held in place.
Jaunne manages to save Hilda from Vecna and she falls into Mulder and Scully's hands who decide to save Hilda. Vecna decides to just get his revenge as he taunts Jaune about Pyrytha which causes him to pause as Vecna uses his powers and gouges his eyes and then begin snapping his limbs. Lydia tosses Lincoln the Infinity Stones to keep Vecna from doing more as Frida, Joanne and David toss more Cocktails at Vecna causing him to flee
Johanna, Mulder and Scully check Jaune's life pulse and note he is dead, Lincoln and Lydia decide to use the infinity stones to basically reboot his heart so he can still breath to not allow Vecna a defeat as Johanna and Hilda watch as they try to restart his heart that as soon as they had some happiness.
As Lydia, Lincoln, Ford, Hilda, Anne, Cricket, Ronnie Anne, Crowley, Truman, Larke, Mulder, Scully, Sasha, Grime, Frida and David all set off to leave to head to their next destination as they have Jaune in the back resting as he is set up in the back with Larke and The FBI Agents setting him up carefully
Johanna stops them and says that she wants to help now despite everything and that she may be having kids but she wants to keep her daughter safe now with Jaune in a coma. Ford agrees immediately and lets her take shotgun so they can discuss how they are going to go through with this.
Chapter 5[]
Johanna checks up on Jaune with Ford, Mulder, Scully and Hilda before joining Frida and David in discussing personal details as the agents give her the update on his status. Ford, Scully and Mulder decide to investigate the Hawkins Lab and Johanna decides to come along with them as it could proably tell them a way to save Jaune.
She and Angus both then go to Hilda and noticing the silent treatment she is giving Lincoln as well as Lydia, Johanna tries to get Hilda to talk to them to no avail. Johanna notes that Hilda is like her father in that department, he was stubborn but reasonable at the end of the day. Johanna thinks back to the cabin and how he made sure to leave her and Hilda with a roof, food and all that stuff. While they're weren't married at that time, she does point out that while he walked out, Johanna can't be that upset with him as he did make a point to allow her to live comfortably.
She talks to Angus on this and he gives her advice on dealing with the Hilda/Lincoln/Lydia situation as she questions her ability as a mother as well. Taking his advice, she has Hilda come with them to investigate the lab when they reach Hawkins. They head into the labs and do their own investigation of all the weird things that happened in Hawkins in the 80s as this was when a lot of this actually went down in Hawkins with Vecna and other beings from the Upside Down which leaked into Hawkins
This is when Tezkekl Kan and Trundle try to crash the part as well as some Demo Dogs, despite being quite expecting the twins. She puts her daughter first to keep her from being killed like Vecna nearly did to her. Hilda returns the favor to save her and they almost get crushed but getting saved by Deathstroke's solider Mike.
Mike escorts Hilda and her mom out of there and back to the others as they get back to the vechile. Joanna watches Hilda attend to Flap and observes that she is getting some of that frustration out of her system about things. She gets herself checked and it turns the twins are doing fine and nothing happened to them. Though she decides she needs to be more careful.
Chapter 6[]
Joanna agrees to join Mulder and Scully in getting the Belmont Vampire Whip, as well to babysit Frida and David on top of that. Hilda asks if she can go along with Ford on his own side of things, and Joanna agrees though she does tell Ford to keep her daugher's safety as a top pirority. This is in part to her consistent worry about Jaune, and not wanting to see Hilda also in a coma or worse.
Through a long trek, they manage to find the whip and upgrade to it's top condition going through a whole area reminscent of Simon's Quest. However upon said completion, Trundle shows up intend on revenge on her, Frida and David through proxy as a way to get to Hilda ultimately.
Despite expecting twins, she decides to take on Trundle herself to protect Hilda and Jaune despite Scully's warning, that she could find herself losing her expected twins if she doesn't take care of herself doing this. This Johanna does take into consideration as she takes on Trundle, and only when this actually does occur does she ask for help.
She manages to defeat Trundle, though the adrenaline wears off after she realizes what she just did. Scully and Mulder treat her and she's fine but is warned not to take any more crazy moves, unless she wants to lose the twins. Mulder and Scully then inform her that, Jaune is getting closer to walking, talking and breathing again to her relief.
Chapter 7[]
Johanna takes the others to Hexside with Ford only to meet Bender's guys and Marcy's friends, recongizing Bender and Anti Cosmo for having helped her and Hilda before when the latter went missing. As the two get Jaune out of his coma, She and Hilda are relieved that Bender and Slade's empire were able to save Jaune with Mulder and Scully

She decides to stay on the sidelines due to her pregnancy which Lady Olivia, Flap and Angus decide to agree to. Her water breaks and Angus and Camilla take her to the hospital

Prologue[]
Johanna was first mentioned by Lincoln and Lydia respectivelty in regards to Lincoln meeting Hilda physically and not being so sure if Hilda should meet someone through wanted ads. Also she was aware of Lydia's constantly trying to too mature for her age and showed concern for this.
Johanna and Jaune are preparing for a trip to Royal Woods to spread the news to Lincoln and Lydia about the marriage. Though Joanne is concerned for Hilda and Jaune as both of them have been pretty distant to her since the events of Vecna. Unlike them she went to therapy and discussed this as well as her revelations of the multiverse being biggger than she thought. She is also trying to figure out how to tell Jaune or HIlda about something about her. As well as mentioned her own nightmares of the Mind Flayer/Vecna that plague her mind when not thinking back to her past.
Before the Events of Chang's Guide To The Galaxy. Joanna found out about Lincoln's No such Luck situation. She is concerned this even happened and how it even happened. When she learns of Hilda trying to insure Lincoln moving to Trolberg with Frida. Johanna figures out that Hilda is acting out of jealously as well as concern. Johanna was aware of the Lincoln/Hilda/Lydia thing and is concerned Hilda will do something irrational upon reading Lincoln's note to Hilda, so she asked Jaune to keep an eye on Hilda when she goes.
Johanna also thinks to a time when Mulder paid her a visit and talked to her about Hilda and Jaune's deal with Vecna. Mulder tells her about what he had recently found, the Fairy Isle where she learns Mulder knows about her origins as he investigated it in Trolberg. They discuss their family situations with Johanna asking about Lydia to him as he discusses her family attributes to her. She learns Mulder's reasons for getting into the supernatural as well showing sympathy. She also told him about her actual former husband Anders giving Mulder an idea on who he is.
Thanks To Frida and David, they get Hilda out of bed and prepare to head to Royal Woods, while intitally concerned about money. Pippi shows up saying it's a no problem as her ship is ready and that Frida called her as Lydia and Lincoln told her about Pippi. As does Ruby Gillman. Upon Arrival, Jaune, Hilda and Johanna arrive at Royal Woods and get to the house Lincoln is. Johanna send off Hilda to find Lincoln and Lydia. Trying to push her to go despite her state, He and Johanna ponder out to how to help when Anders does arrive and Jaune is shocked to learn she was once married which Johanna didn't tell him about.
Johanna sees Lincoln, Lydia and Clyde come with Hilda, Frida and David and is glad to see them. Hugging the two happy to see them. She insisted on bringing them to the wedding as she saw the two like her own kids. She does find herself in the middle of Anders and Jaune's argument over her and Hilda which makes her uncomfortable. Even more so upon seeing two shadowy figures, she states it's watching her daugher and Lydia fighting over Lincoln again, except she's Lincoln, Lydia is Jaune and Hilda is Anders. Though she is at least glad to see Anders again.
Spending time with Anders and Hilda, she recounts what has happened, but does mention her uncomfortness with the rabbit hole of the multiverse. When they find out about the poltergeist situation from the computer and she is uncertain about going through this again
Chapter 1[]
Johanna decided to call Mulder and Scully and they inform her of the supernatural incidents that has gone on with weather and monster attacks. Johanna recongizes Von Gale is at work by mentioing the first incident, she asks what else and Mulder asks if she ready to accept the rabbit hole and Johanna isn't yet and he whispers as she told Hilda and Jaune yet of her orginis which she hasn't. Johanna tells Mulder and Scully what happened to Lincoln and Lydia and apolgoizes if they're mad at her.
To her relief, they understand knowing their kid gets into a lot of weird situations accidentally. Johanna is a little on edge as she hasn't still gotten over how big the rabbit hole goes in the multiverse. She runs into Hilda, Pippi, Jaune and Anders and informs of what she learned from Mulder and Scully. As Jaune and Anders both push each other out of the way to get her attention, she just sighs and decides to stroke Pippi's animals herself. She then thinks back to her childhood where she was attacked by some creature itself and thinking on how she was abadoned. She does this after Anders questions what she sees in Jaune Arc.
Johanna, Jaune Arc, Astrid, Pop Pop, Myrtle, Anders all are waiting for more info while looking into what Myrtle found on Francis. This is when Crocker shows up and he comes with fairy hunting equipment and he attacks them. Johanna is chased by Mr.Crocker as he knows her secret which she denies until Crocker say his high tech fairy van knows the truth and his allies have gotten him his own pet. A Spiderfrog which freaks out Johanna as she recalls her experience with it. Crocker gives an ultimatum to her but this is stopped by Jaune who has no idea what Crocker is talking about. She is calmed down by Jaune, Anders and the others about this. Anders has Jaune leave the room so he can talk to her and he asks when will she tell Hilda the truth she deserves to hear and Johanna states when she's ready and Anders points when will that be,
Part 2[]
Johanna and Anders meet back up with Jaune, Pop Pop and Myrtle and ask about what they observed. Jaune is on edge and Johanna quesitons him on this and Pop Pop tells her that they found that thing Crocker had. Came from up the Upside Down and Both of them ask about the dimension. Johanne already in shock about the Spider Frog, points out The Upside Down is a place that she never wanted to hear again and neither did Jaune or Hilda. She holds Vecna/Mind Flayer/One/Creel reponsible for her daughter and future husband's trauma
When she hears a scream, they go to save Hilda and her friends. When they see Hobie and Astrid who keep the Spider Frog on it's toes and Jaune takes the opportunity to injure it before it escapes Johanne and Jaune both try to attack Hobie for scaring Hilda knowing her fear of spiders. But holds off when Hilda states Hobie saved her life.
Johanna overhears Hobie was keep tracking of the kids like Anders, She asks Jaune to talk to Anders about this. She knows he doesn't feel comfortable about this but Johanna is unsettled that her daughter and as well as Lincoln and Lydia were being stalked. As Johanna thinks back on the Spider Frog encounter as a kid she suspects that she might have been why Hilda was targeted by Creel
Part 3[]
Thinking on some answers, Astrid decides to split up to go Tofoten and Hilda, Frida, David, Joahnna, Jaune, Pippi and Hobie decide to come along. Despite suggestions to travel through ship by Pippi, Astrid tells her that need a untrackable way so they will go by Train. Hilda, Frida and David just relax simple as that hence why Astrid did so. Johanna, Jaune, Pippi and Hobie on the other hand are all in thought respectively with Johanna and Hobie both thinking about Hilda for surpingsily the same reason. Hobie feels he could just use his own device to travel to Tofoten, but Jaune points out that whoever is the employer to Crocker, Von Gale that mermaid and whoever might be someone who knows a thing on that.
Jaune and Johanna both have their own reservations for coming here, for their own reasons especially the latter for her own reasons. She feels uncomfortable and Jaune tries to get her to open up. But she states she's fine.
As Astrid goes to deliver mail, the rest make themselves to enterain themselves. Hilda wants to explore, though Johanne and Jaune don't want her going on her own. Hobie and Pippi offer to keep an eye, Johanne decides to give Hobie a chance to prove he's not a threat to Hilda.
Back at Astrid’s house, Johanna and Jaune are looking for stuff to prepare their wedding for respectively as she told Astrid about the wedding and the twins. Jaune asks if she is inviting her ex, Johanne states she wants to keep this wedding small and have Hilda, Frida, David, Lincoln, Lydia, Clyde, Mulder, Scully and his parents come as well as Astrid. Jaune asks about her parents and Johanna states she doesn't really have any parents or any one in her family other than Hilda and Astrid.
They note the Pooka and ask about it and The Pooka states he's the neighbor of Astrid when Astrid comes back she tells them not to trust the, as he stole it. Jaune asks about the Pooka and Astrid explains that he is the second human to see the Pooka, the first one was someone she saved from those huge giants, he was some kind of enthuanistic paranormal investigator. Johanna has an idea on who this is.
Frida, David and Pippi get into contact with Dawn and Clyde and learn what is going on what is going on and state they have got something. Frida and David tell Hilda about what they uncovered by spying on Chandler and Chelesa. They and the others decide to go tell Johanna, Jaune and Astrid. Johanna is skeptical, she knows the rabbit hole is big in the multiverse but doesn't think it go that far. Astrid and Jaune are a bit more open to the idea and consider asking the idea. Astrid asks how they found their time, Frida, David and Pippi all liked their time there while Hilda and Hobie are both noding in agreement.
The next Day, Jaune and Johanna notice Hilda hasn't come down for anything to eat, when Pippi tells them Hilda went out to some more exploring. Jaune feels that Hobie must have encouraged it and tells Johanna he'll find her. Frida and David offer to come, but Jaune states he needs to do this alone.
Things get more complicated when Hilda begins pressing Johanna on questions about why they didn't move to Tofoten, why she left and why did Johanna move into the cabin. Johanna dodges the questions which also gets Jaune and Hobie's attention. More complications arise when Hilda, David, Frida and Pippi go looking for fairies and leave the earsite of Joanna, Jaune, Hobie and Astrid and Johanna lets out greievances with Astrid. This eventually leads her to blowing up on Astrid for a fairy mound existing in Tofoten, which Astrid states saving the kids must come first.
Johanna confesses to Hilda that the fairy mounds is why she left and never came back. Astrid tells them that had Fairy Isle found them, they would have been lost. Everyone heads back to Royal Woods, with Hobie beginning to suspect the cloaked figures have to do with Hilda and Johanna. Hilda is spooked as she thinks the cloaked figures was Creel back from the dead.
However they are ambushed by Melvin Borg and The Spider Frog once again and find themselves in once again more contention as as their new ally General Kregg is here as well and was brought into to keep Jaune from interferring respectively too much leading to everyone apart from Pippi and David trying to fight as they work on a way back home. Johanna notes Jaune collapse and when Astrid and her realize it's Fairy Illness, She questions how he could have got it if he's human, unless someone used biological warfare. Only Mulder and Scully to her can help out here so she phones them up to keep them posted on this.
It turns out Hobie also knows the truth on her Fairy Illness as well, he knows that she will have to the truth at some point.
Johanna calls Mulder and Scully. They are told about what happened with Jaune and his fairy sickness which she whispers. Johanna tells Mulder that he can tell Scully about it now what they discussed. Johanna asks on the way if they look into this, She states she has dealt with this illness before and no doctor was able to help her which was all she remembered. Maybe Scully can, she's unlike the other doctors to her
Chapter 2[]
Johanna was seen in Lincoln and Lydia's flashbacks and how she let the two in to her home for the night as Mulder and Scully were on their own mission respectively. She feels they are like her own kids respectfully and has a family night with them, Hilda and Jaune. The next day, She and Lydia have a talk in the morning about maturity, parents and Lydia's own situation. Johanna is sympathetic and even helps Lydia deal with family revelations while telling her not to be in such a hurry to grow up as it's really worth it and that being carefree and youthful is one summer a customer thing and not to waste it. Johanna then ends up in tears over this due to how serious of a talk this was as Jaune and Hilda learn when they comfort her
Johanna is concerned majorily for Jaune and talks to Anders about this as she overhears Frida, David and others all being in disagreement over what to do. Crocker shows up and Johanna decides to not let Crocker capture her only to learn he is after Hilda and detains her to do so. As she recalls what Lydia told her about Typhoid Fever being similar to Fairy Illness.
After Crocker is dealt with, Johanna is trying to figure any possible way to save Jaune from dying from it. She refuses to even think on using the Soul Stone like Frida advised, she hopes that Scully and Mulder can find some kind of way to save him. Worrying with Crocker and the others constant ambushes, Jaune can't do anything if he's weakened by the illness.
Part 2[]
Johanna breaks into The Royal Woods Elementary Middle School so they can try and find something for Jaune as they try to find a cure for the illness Jaune has. It is of no avail as Johanna has a good idea on what it is. Johanna takes cafeteria food and eats with the kids respectfully. She overhears how Hilda is fretting if they can't save Lincoln or Lydia that they can't save Jaune. Johanna feels that she shouldn't worry so much, and that she has Mulder and Scully on the case too and they are familiar with the super natural. Johanna states Hilda shouldn't put pressure on Lincoln and Lydia, they're kids like her.
She checks up on Jaune with Pop Pop, Myrtle and Anders. Hoping that the agents can help out their problem. Johanna finds out that Crocker is loose again and nearly gets caught by him as he pursues Hilda and Pippi. As Hilda gets back, she is relieved Crocker didn't capture her and sees how Hilda has a new companion in Popello which she does admit to being cute. When hearing of the relocation plan, they try to figure out how where to go next.
Hilda informs her that they are heading back home. Johanna has Frida and Clyde pick up Jaune with her so they can get him to safety. Johanna is surprised to learn of Jaune's past respectfully as she never heard of this before, as well as how he befriended and became the mentor for Wednesday's best friend Enid Sinclair. She Texts Mulder and Scully about this development.
Part 3[]
Johanna calls up Mulder and Scully to ask how it's coming trying to diagonise Jaune
To her horror, she learns that it's Fairy Illness respectively that inflicted Jaune, it was biological welfare. She learns that at the very least Mulder and Scully did find some way to counter this. She is informed that fairies do have some count point. She learns that they could use some kind of non lethal poison to rid him of it since poison is a common weakness to fairies and anything afflicted. She also learns iron is an another alternative since it can harm anything magical, referring of course to sliver bullets.
While Relieved, she is still worrying she may have to put herself at risk to save him considering her own reactions to what they mentioned. She gets another call from Mulder and Scully who she gives to Hilda as they asked
As Hilda discusses things with them, She and Jaune talk about his illness and how he'll be fine and once they tie the knot things will get better. Jaune tells her he won't be anything like her ex and he'll be there for her. This causes Anders to get upset and fight with him over her. Johanna and Hilda both try to stop the two and once they do she talks with Jaune about it who owns up to his action.
Jaune and Johanna try to discuss what the latter wanted to tell him but fine themselves a bit tongue tied respectively when Johanna wants to Jaune. Hobie arrives to try and insure she does tell to the truth to Hilda if she can't tell Jaune. Johanna considers this and decides to work out how to tell Hilda.
Chapter 3[]
Johanna arrives back at her apartment to check on her pets and is relieved to see they're doing fine due to Ruby and David being there. When Hilda decides to act on the advice of Mulder, Johanna is concerned respetively where they are all going there respectfully so soon
Johanna begins to think back to something that just resurfaced. The very night her parents disappeared was that something bad happened at the Fairy Mound, which caused her to become afraid of Fairies. Johanna explains to Mulder in another flashback about him asking her about Fairy Mound and Johanna doesn't know about much but she explains to him that she used to live there. But did forget other stuff but she came under Astrid who looked after her like her own mother but feels her parents died or abandoned her
She is ambushed by the villains led by Crocker who attempts to capture her, Hilda and Astrid starting with the latter. Crocker has Astrid in mind and he manages to nearly suceed in capturing her if not for Jaune who tore up Crocker for hurting Johanna and Trying to capture Astrid. Johanna noted how Anders helped out as they left. Johanna and Anders as well as Astrid realize that they are going to have to tell Hilda the truth.
This she follows through on and recieves a lashing from Hilda about her being dishonest to her and her mom doing this is why she doesn't have anyone else to be friends with. Johanna tries to explain that this isn't easy to her, but Hilda doesn't have any of it and tells to go tell her "good daughter" about it as apparently to HIlda, she's the "bad daughter" that does wrong and runs off. Johanna does have a sliver lining when Jaune does accept this and tells her that like just Lincoln when it comes to the Lopez Girl, it doesn't matter what Johanna is, she's herself and that's all that counts.
Part 2[]
Johanna, Mulder, Anders, Jaune and Asrid all head off trying to find Hilda as Johanna just wants to talk to Hilda about all this that she just told her. She is informed by Hobie, Pippi and Ruby about finding her footprints in Trolberg where the group heads to respectively
Johanna is shown on a video chat in a flashback with Lincoln and Lydia talking to them about how to help Lydia talk to her parents about what she learned and how to apporach this. She offers to go to Royal Woods to drive them to the assisted living home and be moral support. Though she is turned down and Johanna does note the confidence
She notices something being set up at the Bell Tower and heads there with Jaune and Anders as Mulder and Astrid go to get the others. Johanna, Jaune and Anders meet The Spot, who the former thinks is a dalmatian, and realizing he attacked Hilda twice and used a syringe. Johanna with them fight The Spot though not knowing how Spot's powers
She tries to force out of him where Hilda is, Spot says she's unharmed significantly despite having thought him and that The Spot isn't out to hurt innocents and it's mere collateral damage. Johanna then has to save Anders after he is triggered by the bell ringing. Johanne, Jaune, Anders, Mudler, Scully and Astrid all regroup the others to safety as the Chronotron detonator goes off and Johanna watches as Trolberg is destroyed and sent into a dimension.
- Johanna breaks down over having lost her home and not even knowing where Hilda is, fearing she is still in Trolberg or close and will be affected by Dark matter residue. She also freaks out learning Anders also dealt with The Upside Down like they did and that was partially why he couldn't see them. Her only condolence is that her friends are here and Hobie is still looking for HIlda as she learns from Pippi.
-She was seen mediating a while ago in Trolberg during the time in Trolberg Lincoln visited and was seeing Hilda in the middle of one of their get togethers respectfully.
Chapter 4[]
In The Nowhere Space, She is informed by Mulder and Scully about what they can do for Jaune. She will take anything she can get if it helps. Mulder and Scully explain to her what they will do and that she will need to be strong for both of them. She is fretting about what happened to Hilda worrying that she is in very real trouble on top of it
Johanna at least gets a bone thrown to her when Mulder and Scully report the operation was a success. She is in disbelief, the two of them managed to fix something like this and hugs both of them in sheer gratitude for saving her soon to be husband. Johanna learns from Scully about what is really the case with Trolberg from what she knows and that Jaune needs to rest for a few days and if he does go or her. They will have to wear protection due to what is in Trolberg currently being highly dangerous for anyone not protected and for Johanna this is especially bad due to her being a fairy.
She wants to find Hilda with Jaune, but he tells her she needs to stay due to the fallout and to keep the others safe. So he, Mulder and Scully can find Hilda. Johanna is estatic to see Hilda back with Jaune, Mulder and Scully who came back with her. Johanna learns what happened to her home from the latter 3 and she is devastated at having lost her home to The Spot. She is also told of Lincoln and Lydia being around too and Hilda regrouped with them and that they decided to stick with The Streaming Resistance to deal with Spot and they found her parents
As they head to Flying Rhino Junior High, Johanna wants Jaune to talk to her about what he saw. Jaune is hesitant but he says if Lydia and Lincoln taught him anything in their own relationship it's that there shouldn't be any doors between them and tells her what he saw in Trolberg with Fox and Dana.
Part 2[]
Johanna arrives at the school and looks around as Mulder and Scully lead them into the boiler room respectfully as their contact Walter Skinner is there with Marcus and Raticus. Learning the latter was Lydia's rat pet, she isn't shocked as Hilda has similar thoughts and is relieved to learn that she will no longer have to deal with The Upside Down from Marcus
Upon seeing Mulder and Scully give Hilda a blood transfusion, she is curious and is told by the agents and Jaune of what happened. Jaune also mentions the cabin to her as well that the trio found and where they will plan to have their wedding. She decides to look around with Jaune, Hilda and the other kids the school as Jaune notes how there's nothing truly dangerous about Lydia's school
When he is proven wrong, Johanna just sighs that he tempted fate and they find themselves dealing with unusual situations made by the misfunctioning computer while going face to face with N.Tropy and Spot's goons. She finds herself running from what comes her way from plenty of what's going on, as she is once again out of her element respectfully as Hilda, Jaune and the others try to deal with Spot's associates
She learns from Mulder and Scully the cause and effect that has occurred at the hands of Neil Kandy and Candide respectfully as they put the kaboch on The villains's plans. In a flashback, Johanna gets in contact with Lincoln and Lydia about how things went and she learns they are heading to Four Winds, Prince Edward Island which sets concerns for her as they're going across country that quickingly. She tells Jaune Arc about this and she needs to find them, Jaune tells her not to worry about them. Johanna can't help herself and wants to insure they are safe, Jaune goes along for his own reasons as she puts Hilda in charge of the twins
Johanna and Jaune Arc eventually find the two kids and Johanna is not pleased with the two just doing that and asks what they were thinking. She learns Lydia did get permission from Mulder and Scully and trust her which Jaune told her respectfully. Johanna does consider staying around in P.E.I and traveling to Four Winds, with them as she could use a road trip respectfully. The 4 of them manage to reach their own location and Johanna watches the two meet Lydia's relatives and just seems happy she helped considerably. She talks to Jaune about how nice P.E.I is and how they should have a vacation home here some day. Johanna also talked to Lincoln about her expecting Jaune to propose to her without telling him and asking about Lincoln and his own relationship with Lydia while at it.
Johanna and Jaune decide while the kids are busy to be alone and Jaune proposes to Johanna at a Canadian restaurant and they decide to set a date, a location hopefully and not to tell Hilda until everything is confirmed. Hilda, Mulder and Scully inform her that they have found a co-ordinates location for her parents from The Streaming Resistance and Time Agents. She also learns about both her connection to the streamverse and Hilda's own anomaly status and how Jaune, Lydia and Lincoln managed to prevent her death had more significance than she realized.
Chapter 5[]
Johanna heads off with Hilda, Jaune, Astrid, Mulder and Scully to go save her parents and Marcus and Skinner both help find where they are being held. She finds that her parents are being held at Area 51, where The agents inform her of what is Area 51 and this baffles her thinking this would be a Hilda thing completely
Thanks to the agents, Johanna and her friends manage to enter the base and Astrid gets a sense of her brother and half sibling and they all follow suit with her and Hilda behind the rest of the team The group is confronted by the foes that Spot has under him and the group all going up against them. With Johanna and Astrid deciding to free their family from Polly Sparks respectfully as that what's they think. as Sparks followed up on it as she discovered the true extent of what Spot's benefactor is really up to
Johanna and Astrid manage to break out the two of their tubes and find out they were tortured to an extent and used by Crocker who as Polly reveals is also breaking away from the benefactor. She smacks Crocker for hurting her parents after regaining ground with the others and take the team and the others back to Flying Rhino.
Johanna's past as a child is seen respectfully by Lydia and Lincoln respectfully who during their chase of the Robotoid as the two watch it unfold and watch why her parents had to abandon her.
Johanna and her family begin to question what is really going with the foes and what Spot is really planning. She learns that Spot has a benefactor or benefactors that helped in this scheme and points how distrusting they must be if barely anyone knows their names respectively. She thought Hilda was bad and not trusting her.Johanna decides to convince Jaune to get Crocker convicted after this to an asylum having hearing Crocker's obession with fairies and why he targeted her family. Before they are brought back to Flying Rhino
She is given her wedding dress by Anders who kept it which suprises her. Anders explains he can't take back what he has did but he wants to make a better example for their daughter considering what she told him about what happened in the past. Johanna does seem happy that her marrying Jaune is something Anders has accepted even if it's for her daughter. When the other do get back, and The Spot arrives. Johanna wants to help Hilda, but Hilda refuses her help saying she wants to deal with this herself.
- Jaune, Mulder, Scully ignore this saying she can't take on Spot herself even with help. Johanna agrees and help the 3 as well as The Streaming Resistance deal with The Spot in a rather prolonged battle due to Spot still being able to hold well even after his full powerup being mostly gone
- After his defeat, she and Jaune want to know why Spot destroyed their home and why he did what he did. When Spot explains his intend was to mere freeze it in time and destroy it, Johanna asks who is Spot's benefactor and how to stop him. Spot explains to her he doesn't know their names he just knows that have a clock based theme to them, are british, blue and utterly insane which Wednesday confirms to her is true
- Before anything else can be said or confirmed this is when some rumbling is heard and Johanna and the others watch as the group and even Spot react with some sheer horror as what is rising up.
Chapter 6[]
With her and the others noting the False Groudon emerging and going after him. Johanna and others get into Crocker's Fairy Detecting Van as they learn what N.Tropy was really up to and how Crocker stumbled on it and that they were sent to Area 51 to be locked up and for N.Tropy to have Jaune Killed respectfully since Johanna and Hilda refused to back off against him.
Johanna is shocked to learn Crocker knows of the fairy's abilities from Trolberg and she finds herself provoked to use them since Crocker feels they will come in handy. She also figures more out of the altered timeline as Crocker does know about. Once the gang arrives at The Lab, Johanna helps her friends and the cops hold the False Groudon up. She surpingsily does show her ability to fly by carring Jaune respectfully to stall the monster
Though she safrices herself to stop Jaune from being absorbed into the monster and tells him that to keep trying to keep their kids safe from the monster which he agrees to. Johanna is freed like the others and learns what Tildy and Kalsa have found out. She declines using the sixth infinity stone when it comes to their plan as she allows Lydia to choose who else to use the infinity stones with her, Lincoln, Astrid and her parents.
After this done, Johanna and Jaune head back with The Robot, Enid and The Agents to get back to home as Trolberg and her universe are slowly healing. She reminds Lincoln, Lydia and Clyde of the date her and Jaune are set to wed.
Epilogue[]
Johanna has got back to her house with Hilda, Jaune and The Robot in tow. As the latter two decide to repair her house. She is visited by Pippi Longstocking who is helping with the cooking for the wedding and Johanna asks is she really sure she can pay for the wedding as well. Pippi reassures her she can
Johanna is thankful for Pippi being able to afford so, due to the damages of to her home being rather expensive to fix. She also was able to extend more invites too in which she and Jaune decided to invite Enid Sinclair where she shows up with Anders and Mulder who have their own news. She is relieved, Mulder and Skinner managed to insure their family's safety from the goverment as Mulder reports this to her. Johanna asks if Mulder can cover the chaperone for Sadie Hawkins for her as she will be busy that night and he agrees to it. She asks after he does so, can the two come to The Cabin to help prepare with her, Jaune and Pippi which he agrees
As revealed 14 years later, she and Jaune are still married. Though they have lived in the home that she and Jaune envisioned in P.E.I. The two are still in contact with Lydia and Lincoln, among the few who know they're married and are glad when the two are coming to visit for a week or two after their latest mission as They havn't heard from Hilda in part to her future leading Hilda to take a half measure that Lydia warned her about.
Johanna and her family headed to the cabin to put everything together. She decided to make Lincoln the best man feeling he helped make this possible and she sees her wedding dress. Johanna didn't think this would happen in a long time after her divorce from Anders but here she is. Pippi walks into on her with the dress and she is relieved that it was Longstocking as Jaune seeing her would be bad luck. Johanna is thankful to Pippi as well for being able to finance the wedding, She is thankful to Jaune for finding him, Lydia and Lincoln for being able to made it possible, Mulder and Scully for saving and protecting them and Pippi for backing them.
Johanna prepares for her wedding with Jaune and when Pippi arrives, she assists Johanna's parents with assuring things will be fine for her as Johanna is a bit worried about Jaune's parents not showing up. Lincoln and Lydia arrive to tell Johanna her inlaws have arrived according to Astrid. Johanna tells Hilda and David to keep track of the ring as they see Jaune's in laws
With Lincoln, Jaune and Lydia, Johanna is introduced to Jaune's inlaws alongside them as she is the woman he will marry. It admittingly was a bit awkward considering the different species they are. Johanna and Jaune Arc both are a bit uneasy as Lydia and Lincoln walk down the aisle waiting for them but they manage to do as their parents give them together. As they stand in front of The Robot who gives the usual notes
Johanna and Jaune are allowed their own vows by Robot, and while nervous, she looks to Lincoln who nods in approval and Jaune also looks at Lydia who gives her nod of approval. The two exchange their vows and with Hilda handing the rings to The Robot, they manage to complete the vows
Before they take their first dance after heating with Lincoln, Lydia, Hilda and Will Robinson she reacts in shock when Jaune's mom hits him with a frying pan and it takes The Robot and Enid Sinclair to stop this. Mulder and Scully reassure her that Jaune is fine, and the two indeed go through with first married dance as Hobie takes it slow with him instructing his band to play a slow number. She is happy that she had finally found someone who will won't leave her, she has her 5 kids here in Hilda, Joan, Jaune Jr, Lincoln and Lydia here, her parents and her aunt and her friends Mulder, Scully, Frida and David here as well.
Johanna tosses the boquet after Hilda, Lydia and Lincoln discuss this tradition, and while Jaune's sisters fight among them, Frida gets the boquet and gives to Clyde. While Hilda feels it will be the two of them that get married. Johanna has her own theories as she observes Lydia and Lincoln as well as Mulder and Scully

Book 1: Overture[]
After the wedding, a honeymoon and move Jaune's stuff into her apartment, Johanna and her family go on vacation to Arcadia where Johanna puts Mulder and Scully in charge of apartment checking and tending. Something happens to the family at the hands of N.Tropy's allies which end up incasing them in stones to bare in Troll Market which Mulder and Scully discover thanks to Tontu using the negative space to get them to Arcadia.

Hilda[]
Johanna and her daughter, Hilda are very close. Johanna tends to be concerned with matters surrounding her daughter and the mythical creatures she befriends but understands that it is something that Hilda excels at. They do at times have a rocky relationship due to Hilda sometimes being a handful to handle when it comes to her curiosity, jealousy or other traits, but they do love each other and Joanna has gone across the multiverse to protect her daughter and join Team Free Will when it gets too critical. While not perfect, she does what she can to support Hilda even if she has to take a tough love action. She shows visible concern for her daughter's PTSD traits after her encounters with Vecna and tries to help her as well as Jaune when it comes to dealing with it.
Jaune Arc[]
Her Love Interest, who she met when opposing M.A.L.I.C.E with The Bad Guys. The two soon fell in love while they were working with The Bad Guys and President Deathstroke against M.A.L.I.C.E. Upon getting back to Team Free Will, she was snapped and saved by Hilda and Jaune who the latter met as Johanna's daughter. They furthered their bond after learning what happened to Prytha when she was killed by The Upside Down ditizens. After this, Jaune moved into with Johanna and Frida respectively and took a father figure to Hilda.
Suspecting something was going to go down due to Hilda's growing jealousy and insecurities , she had Jaune accompany Hilda to see Lincoln on an afterschool date, and then help Team Free Will. Chapter 4 revealed that they are expecting twins as Johanna tells Lydia after the latter and Hilda had a fight over Lincoln. After Vecna put Jaune in a coma switching his plan from Hilda to Jaune, Johanna keeps him safe and joins Team Free Will to help Them
With the help of Mulder and Scully, she gets Jaune out of his coma and encourages him to help Hilda, Lincoln and Lydia deal with Vecna
Between Anglesmith Origins and Streamverse, Jaune proposes to Johanna with them leaving Hilda to a sleepover at the Casagrandes Household to do so in the former. This is also one of the reasons the two go with Hilda and Frida on Spring Break to Royal Woods.
Joanne and Jaune Arc are the Beta Couple behind Lincoln and Lydia of Phase 4. As Of Streamverse, they are engaged to each other due to Jaune serranding her to The Book Of Life Song. Like HIlda, she is trying to do what she can to help deal with the trauma left at the hands of Vecna.
Lincoln Loud[]
Despite not being her kid, Johanna cares about Lincoln like one of her own and housed him for the time he spent in Trolberg, Lincoln tends to call her Hilda's mom as well. Johanna also seems to acutely aware of Lincoln's tendencies and does care about his love life feeling that her daughter and Lydia are the only girls she feels are right for him. She also recognizes his needs and understands him well enough, she sees herself as something of a mother figure to him as well as Lydia and Hilda. While not a people person, Lincoln alongside Lydia, Mulder, Scully, Jaune and Hilda are the only people she wants to hang out with.
Ford Pines[]
A work partner of hers, while she intially doesn't trust Ford for his love of the weird and his eccentricness. Johanna grows to trust Ford and see as a capable leader to the point that she is delighted when Ford puts her and Jaune in charge of the kids. Ford for his part respects her ability as a parent and has gone to her for advice regarding his own kid and wittingly allows her to come along against Belos, upon seeing her resolve. She also sees Ford as a relatable person to her mostly being a single mother for the longest time and that he has a kid of his own in Lydia, like she has in Hilda. She does keep him at arms length at times unlike Hilda, Lincoln, Lydia, Jaune Arc, Fox Mulder and Dana Scully.
Lydia Lopez[]
Johanna meets Lydia physically in Team Free Will: Dissembled after hearing a good deal about her from Lincoln. Similar to Lincoln she looks out for Lydia after what happened with the CSM and his exposure of her alias. Lydia tends to her call Mrs.Hilda despite the fact Johanna wasn't married. Johanna also trusts Lydia considerably telling her the truth of Hilda's actual father and why Hilda has issues with her, Though she would like to see her daughter with Lincoln, she also supports Lydia's secret relationship with Lincoln and that if Hilda wasn't meant to be with him then he at least has the other girl she can see him be with.
She and Ford are both aware that for all the differences both of their kids had, they are both pretty similar in some respects. Just like Lincoln and Hilda, she tries to be a mother figure to her as well, showing concern for her trying to be too mature and her family situation, while helping her with her studies when asked to mainly art.
Mulder and Scully[]
Johanna has a close friendship with both Mulder and Scully of the X Files and are some of the only adults outside of Ford and Jaune Arc, she considers friends. She is closer to Mulder than Scully and sees him her confidant and closest friend due to Hilda's idolizing of him and her comfort of being able to confide in him above everyone else about her past and their own common connection of their pasts regarding families. Her parents in her case and Mulder's sister in his case. She also regards Scully as a close friend for saving Jaune Arc's life from Creel and using her doctor skills to do so while checking on her kids. While she doesn't approve of their work alcoholic tendencies, she knows that they mean well and are just people, who can make mistakes. Other than Jaune, They are the only adults Johanna likes to hang out with.
Vecna[]
Like Hilda and Jaune Arc, Johanna detests him and fears his presence in a way most unusual. Having nearly lost both of them to him at some point due to Vecna's personal beef with Jaune or targeting her daughter's insecurity. She joined Team Free Will to protect them and their friends from him. Even after his death, she is still haunted by his presence though unlike Jaune and Hilda she is more willing to accept help and talk to others about this. He was also who played a hand in her thinking her parents abandoned her as it was him who created Spider Frog.
