They met as a result of M.A.L.I.C.E taking action against Team Free Will and the group trying to bring Hilda in on Lincoln's behalf. When she decided to run away to help. Johanna decided to go looking for her and eventually met Jaune Arc. They worked under Mulder and Scully and developed feelings for each other which they acted. They also have managed to start a family as well and Jaune moved in with Johanna
