Joe Stisso (ジョー・スティッソ Jō Sutisso), later known as Demon Man Joe (魔人・ジョー Majin Jō), is a villain from Hero of Robots Universe. He was pilot of Satan, later temporary as Poison Dart Frog.
Description[]
Regardless of his childlike appearance, no one knows his actual age. He has a cruel nature and there is always a spine-chilling smile on his face. As the strongest general in Legion of Doom, Joe Stisso leads his cyborg army with fear.
After the great final battle of Empire, his body was destroyed during the battle with the Earth Army in the end, and he had no choice but to transfer his consciousness to this emergency backup clone body. Due to the incomplete ability of the clone, his thinking and strength are greatly restricted. Although he could not exert his full strength at this stage, the revenge thought in his mind never stopped for a moment.

- Emperor Baltan: His elder brother, he always think that him was wise and yet very impulsive in sometime.

- Nimbus: Nimbus is Joe Stisso's daughter, she respect him very well. Even after Nimbus redeemed and got married with Tendo Katsuyuki, she still respect him and want him to joined good side. Of course, Joe didn't want to enjoy good side.
