Jessica Trusott is the guardian of Robby Hirano (Formerly), Dennis Hirano, and Romeo Conbolt, Tuxedo's cousin, Leader of the Uberta Concil and goddess of the pure light. She wears a white dress, as the shield to protect her young boys.

The Return of Pandora[]
Everyone in the camp falls asleep; soon, however, Romeo is woken by an ethereal glow caused by the star as it moves closer and closer to the window. Eventually, the Jessica Truscott herself appears in the workshop, stating that Romeo deserves the wish after the happiness he has brought to others. She offers Romeo touch her dress and offers him the position of her "Son of Miracles". Somewhat dumbstruck by her beauty, he agrees, and is granted a new suit befitting his status. Jessica Truscott then leaves, reminding Romeo to "be a good boy, and always let your conscience be your guide."
