Jerry Lewis is a middle-aged character who is seen as the head of W.H.O.O.P agency. He comes from the Totally Spies Universe.
The B Team Storyline[]
Jerry returns to serves as the head of W.H.O.O.P. when the agency is refound again by Skipper and Bender.
Jerry recruits Fiona, Lara Su, Lien Da, Wave, The Sly Cooper Gang and possibly others for a top secret mission against the Iron Queen's Syndicate. Jerry is revealed to have been kidnapped by Ricardio for Iron Queen. He was nearly killed by his brother but he was saved by The V Team, Jimmy Neutron and Pericles.
Jerry testifies against his brother being released, when Terrance escapes jail he and the whole agency is placed under arrest and sent to Siberia
However they were released by AVGN and Jack Frost after they cleared up the mishap. The Nerd and Jack Frost also erased their and their friends' files at Interpol.
Future Warfare[]
Jerry and the rest of W.H.O.O.P will return in Book Three and will assist the Sentinels in stopping Jonathan Irons.
Fire Rebellion Reboot Storyline[]
Jerry had died in 2020 in the Fire Rebellion Storyline. He is succeeded by veteran Power Ranger Ethan James as the head of WHOOP.
Ultimate Story[]
In the story, he is just an actor who plays as the character of the same name, but in reality, he has a twin brother named Larry who looks exactly like him who runs G.R.O.U.P.
