Isaac Kanda (イザク 神田 Izaku Kanda) was the most recent holder of the title Master Logos (マスターロゴス Masutā Rogosu), the elusive leader of the Sword of Logos. When his true intentions were revealed, he abandoned his title and controlled the Southern Base into war with the Northern Base, becoming Kamen Rider Solomon (仮面ライダーソロモン Kamen Raidā Soromon) and declaring war against Touma Kamiyama after the latter formed a resistance within the Northern Base. Ultimately after Touma defeated him in their final battle, Storious would betray and kill Isaac.
Isaac Kanda is one of the main antagonists in Crossover War Heroes Series, along with Lucifer Langdon, Bacht/Kamen Rider Falchion, Ryoga Shindai/Kamen Rider Durandal, and Reika Shindai/Kamen Rider Sabela.
Personality[]
Master Logos watches over both branches of Sword of Logos while giving orders to Reika Shindai rather than meeting with the swordsmen. He is later revealed to not care of the other swordsmen's feeling and just tell them to do their duty. He also claims that he only trusts Reika when the others are not with him.

Master Logos was mentioned by Lady Yuinshiel Asteria and her followers that he is the second clone of the late Palpatine. He was indeed the the ally of Black Hat and true member of The Satanic Powers. He is the culprit who murdered Sento Kiryu's grandfather, including DigiDestined.
Eventually, Sento Kiryu coincidentally picked up his scent and approached Master Logos on an urban street. Master Logos at first didn't know who Sento was until he saw him as the user of BestMatching Build Progrisekey. But since he is walking with his (human step) daughter he puts up a kind facade and pretends to remember who Sento is. Sento is mad at him and wants to kill him. In order to get away and distract Sento, Master Logos slices a random passerby's neck and turns him into a demon. While that demon attacks his wife, Master Logos gets away with his family. Before entering the carriage, he tells his wife he has to do something and they should go ahead.
He then walks through an alleyway where Horacio bumps into him. The drunk starts mocking him and states, he doesn't like fancy-pants like him. When he adds, that he's so pale, he looks like he had died already, Master Logos smashes him into the wall, killing him instantly. The Paul then angrily attacks him, only to be kicked into the air and be killed. Zoey holds her corpse, crying. He then rhetorically asks her if he looks pale or weak, then replied to himself, stating he is infinitely close to perfection. He then stuck his finger into her forehead. Due to her body receiving so much blood from him, that it couldn't handle the demon transformation, she melted away and died in a gruesome manner. Master Logos then summons his subordinates, Sochie Heim and Tsunayoshi Sawada, ordering them to kill Tsukasa Kadoya and the rest of the Kamen Riders in order to obtain Showa Rider Lockseeds and Heisei Rider Progrisekeys.
After the deaths of Thaddeus Valentine and many villains, he went on an arguement with the villains about their failures and defeats against many heroes until they are approached by Miles Quritch. he and his fellow villains are having meeting with him. So that, he and the villains can have more plans of destroing heroes.
After the deaths of Takaaki Tenjo and Matori, he and the Evil Kamen Riders made it to the final battle against our heroes. He and the villains hoped that they can kill Yuinshiel and the heroes by any means possible. He and the villains confronted by Bugs Bunny and his friends. After Prozen's reign of terror was over, Gjallarhorn's destruction had enabled Isaac Kanda and the Evil Kamen Riders to become the new main antagonists for the first time. So that, they can try to get revenge on them sooner or in the future.
