The International Affairs Agency (IAA) is an intelligence agency from the GTA universe.
The IAA is based on both the real-life Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and National Security Agency (NSA). They appear to harbor a heavy rivalry with the FIB, which mirrors both the CIA and NSA's rivalry with the FBI.
They appear in GTA IV as the United Liberty Paper through an anonymous contact, and in GTA V in full.

The IAA will be known to be investigating the actions of the New Ozai Society and what they're planning.
