The Insurrectionists, also known as the Resistance, are villains from the Red vs. Blue universe.
The Insurrectionists are a UNSC splinter group that opposed Project Freelancer. They first chronologically appear when PFL was on a mission to take data from them and lastly appeared when the leader was killed by Epsilon.
In the finale of Season 12, it was revealed that the soldiers were hired to be Charon Industries' personal security force, marking an indirect connection to the Space Pirates and the Chorus Civil War.
