Hugo Brass is a Sonic character who is working for Iron Queen although we don't know if it's because he believes that she is capable, or he is being mind controlled by her. Hugo Brass assists Mecha Sally in her plans to nearly kill the team but he is foiled by Edd. Brass for the most part stays in the lair afterwards as more villains prove more formidable than him. But Brass finally makes another move when he kidnaps Edd and Clover and decides to force the others to find him. During these times he wondered how B Team leader Bender is immune to Iron Queen's control while he and Sally aren't
With Hugo in the same position as Sally, Is it possible that he may be de-robotized too. This will come true as Sally confronts him and with Jack's help imbotizes him ready to exact the same thing that happened to Sally. He was de-robotized and back to normal and when he learned what he did he took revenge on Iron Queen and shot her after her defeat.
