Francis "F-Stop" Stone, known more commonly as Hotstreak, is one of the gang members who becomes a Bang-Baby with the power to manipulate fire and Static's first rival after being beaten up by him and his gang members before they exposed to the Big Bang gas.
Appearance[]
Francis appears to have a short red orange hair with three yellow streaks. He wears a red short sleeve shirt which is tuck into his boxers, olive green pants with a green belt to his waist and black and white converseque sneakers. In the episode "She-Bang" where he was defeated by She-Bang by pulling off his pants and threw him into the water fountain its revealed the boxers that he wears is shown to have polkadots underneath it.
Personality[]
Francis has a horrible temper. Even with mandated anger management therapy, he remains hot-headed and destructive throughout the series. It seems that his temper drives most of his criminal actions, though he admits that he genuinely likes to blow stuff up.
Despite his evidently cantankerous traits, Francis is capable of cooperating with others (provided they share his goals and his well-being isn't in jeopardy). This is seen in his interactions with the Joker, Meta Breed, Meta Men and even Static. He's also shown to have a somewhat caring side. In She-Back!, when he accidentally hits Talon, he grows concerned and goes over to help her up. Likewise, in No Man's an Island, he asks if Static's "stupid leg" was okay and, despite running off when they were attacked, he returns with Alva, getting the soldiers to stand down.
Francis is also revealed to have some hidden depths. In Episode 45, he admits he once spent two years in a hospital. As a result, he has a deep fear of them. He's also shown to be a Lil'Romeo fanboy, asking for his autograph in Episode 34.
