Homelander is the most powerful superhero produced by Vought-American and the leader of the famous superhero team known as The Seven. he is arrogant, violent "hero" who cares more about his public image than saving others. While putting on the front of a flawless and pure superhero team, Homelander and The Seven are in fact responsible for causing much more destruction and death than the prevent. However, their crimes are covered up by Vought through their vast media connections and resources.

Countdown To Chang's Guide to The Galaxy[]
Homelander is the the secondary villain of the story after The Smoking Man. Being a simlar foe to him in connections, Homelander assists The Smoking Man in his attempts to colonize humanity and to capture Team Free Will by using the plans to lure them out in the open.
Chapter 1[]
At Vought Interatnional, The Smoking Man arrives to greet his new partner Homelander. Homelander states that the man who has been investigated them has been murdered on his orders. The Smoking Man seems content with this and asks if Homelander has acquired contact with the alien life. Homelander says he has and some have already landed on there.
CSM is showed Irkens, Dregg and Martian General X9. Smoking Man asks about other contacts and Homelander shows him some of the Virtumites lead by Thargg and Maximus IQ who he managed to get in contact with. CSM considers more connections to the alien life forms he will allow to run humanity so he can rule over them. He asks about the Russians and Homelander informs him that they have answered his call and The Warden captured a special monster.
The Smoking Man says to himself that the Demogrgon was captured as plan by his russian allies and that he will need them to ultimately allow his plan to rule over humanity play as planned
Homelander reveals to him that he has also acquired the locations of Team Free Will's cast apart from Lincoln, Lydia, Ford, Luz, Sid, Scratch, Bruce Wayne and Larke Tanner. Smoking Man states that the latter is with the president who he can't find enough info to blackmail unless he finds a way to dig deeper. He gives Homelander a order to go on a man hunt for them and that he can decide what to do with the others.
Homelander heads off while The Smoking Man puts his memory in place as he starts to remember something important the old multiverse before the spear of destiny, and he remembers he was killed, but is alive again. Desiring answers that even his connections can't get him, he decides to keep a ear on anything that might come up
Homelander is present at a conference as he pretends to pay his respects for the super hero that was murdered looking into the coproation. He spins it as that the super hero was killed by the maverick group known as Team Free Will and that justice will be served by him.
He tells them that with the exception of 8 members everyone has been proecured and found. Homelander informs the public he will have their places on lock down and imposed curfews as the media's most beloved super hero he is taking as his duty to see those who did the deed face justice. He holds photos of them up and inspires the people who look up to him and his heroes to follow him
This is observed by a teenage girl in a spider costume as well as others not so believing in Homelander., revealed to be Spider Gwen. Homelander was then seen by Luan Loud and Benny Stein who arrived at his city with Harry Wells and Captain Hero as he was leading one of his enginerred heroics as they, Harry and Hero arrive on their own side of things and they learn who he is by Spider Gwen who observed his plan to hunt the remainder of Team Free Will.
He is also revealed to be the one who supplied Intergang after many members were killed by Bender in his infilatrion to get some of Gus Fring's supplies and Deathstroke's resources
Chapter 2[]
Lord Dregg tells Homelander about what he has found and it looks like a member has come up.
Homelander is quickingly on his way to intterograte the spies and what they know as Dregg is using this to distract them for Homelander and CSM. T
Homelander arrives and tells Dregg to just leave and help the Martian out attempting to get more of more people. Jovially, Homelander greets the spies and asks to please hand over the kid to him. They ask who and Homelander says Truman X, and to hand him over to Homelander as he is part of Team Free Will and he and his allies are trying to hunt down and keep all the members at bay, locked up etc. Homelander after this threatens blackmail that if they don't he'll expose their identies and because of their ties to Team Free Will, they're done for and he does say if they comply. This will go smoothly.
Tucker, Mulder and Scully all point their guns ready to shoot him if he lays a hand on the boy.
Homelander just without second thoughts grabs their guns, breaks them and grabs the agents telling them. That they have no idea who he is and that he is the beloved hero of this city and of the world, THey're protecting a criminal group, spefically the two members that he and his partner are after, and Homelander states that he knows Mulder and Scully know where they are or at least has ties to them. Homelander tells them that they can keep their jobs under his rule if they give up their location.
Tucker questions what Homelander even wants with them, Homelander states that Team Free Will brought down M.A.L.I.C.E and that the latter group was preparing the world for peace under the rule of aliens who just wanted to lead humanity to a better world. He has been hunting and putting each member on lock down with the help of his partner until he can get all of them. Sid Chang, Ford Pines, Lincoln Loud, Lydia Lopez, Bruce Wayne and Larke Tanner are all they have left and that once they are dealt with, the plan can go accordingly to what they want.
Homelander decides to kill both Tuesday and Truman for refusing to comply, though Tucker saves both of them by tackling Homelander. Tuesday, Troy, Truman, Tucker, Trudy, Mulder and Scully all prepare to fight Homelander and do so. While they do get some hits, Homelander wipes the floor with them easy and warns them that the only reason they're not dead is because daddy's dearest wanted the man spefically alive referring to Mulder. Homelander tries to bring them in but Truman barely consciousness tazers him in his crotch causing him to drop them and Tucker to get his backup vechile ready.
The Smoking Man and Homelander discuss how The Salesman's Ice Dragon monster didn't work in trying to freeze the heroes and how Jimmy the Polar Bear was beaten by a kid. The Salesman states he knows what he's doing and that this was a test. Jimmy the Polar bear states that it was them and that The CSM will have to try a more subtle approach to find the two kids.
The Salesman intends to send more monsters after Vought's oppositon and charges CSM for it. CSM admits it's worth every penny, he does suspect that he left a loose end in his doctor and if his moves got Lydia or Lincoln's attention, he might try to help them as he knows something. Homelander offers to kill the doctor, CSM decides against it as it will tip off anyone that something is going down.
Thragg informs Homelander that Ford Pines and Nolan Greyson are on the planet and by the looks of it Bruce Wayne and Larke Tanner are here too. Homelander gives Thragg the permission to attack and instructs Maximus and The Algmighty Tallest to prepare an attack. Maximus agrees and decides to make a direct attack, though The Irkens decide to separate their work and send send some to the planet and others to attack Deathstroke and co.
Thragg's real intentions is that he is in league with Homelander and Homelander is trying to weaken his resisance so Thragg can allow the strong to suriive and to take his revenge on both Nolan and his son Mark.
Hopkins decides to even the playing field and tips off Homelander who makes his way to the house.
Homelander brings both A Train and The Deep with him to the Noceda House delcaring Sid and the others to be arrrested as they're assisting a fugtive which Bender and Anti Cosmo roll their eyes at unimpressed. Carmilla orders Homelander out of the house and doesn't care he's a super hero , he don't look like one to her.
Homelander instructs the two to bring the group in with him as Vought is going to collect them. Bender knowing Homelander and his 2 men are Vought's super heroes decide to play dirty against and encourages the team to do so.
Homelander noticing how Deep and A Train are skilled and capable but he realizes that Anti Cosmo, Bender, Wile E, Sid, Lisa, and Jessie Wells are more capable than he thought and steps up himself.
Much like the Agents, Homelander has the advantage though The 7 manage to give Homelander a noticably harder time, due to magic at the hands of Anti Cosmo and Sid. Homelander decides to just go for a kidnap and goes after Vee and Carmilla who Libby is with. Libby does manage to distract Homelander, though A Train does use some of his power to kidnap Carmilla and lock her away as Vought is here. Vee is almost brought in by Jacob Hopkins but is saved by a blinding light which Libby notices and Homelander is blinded by
The Deep is down thanks to Sid, Bender, Wile, Anti Cosmo, Lisa and Jessie beating him down, Homelander thinks about leaving him there, but he realizes he will need more help so he just takes Deep with him and A Train.
Homelander and CSM are discussing over the phone about the former's encounter with Bender and his friend and explain how they managed to bring the mother of Team Free Will Member Luz in. Though the traitor Starlight stopped him from going further. The Smoking Man warns Homelander about how dangerous Anti Cosmo and Bender are, he took sometime and remembered them, though he himself doesn't know how that even worked but states they were from his past working with Loki and Albert Wesker and that the robot's friends put him down. He advises Homelander to also check in on Slade as he knows Slade is around if Anti Cosmo is around and that Lydia he knows too from then is closely associated to Lincoln
Homelander, A Train and The Deep are in further contact with The Smoking Man and the latter is preparing for his plans as he has gotten into contact with Vladmir Makarov who will help them with his plans. He advises the Supes to keep an eye on Makarov incase he tries something else on them. Homelander agrees, he tells CSM about Bruno Mannheim and The Deep loosing a crate of Compound V. CSM states the two messed up, he could have them killed but he needs them for the time being.
Chapter 3[]
The Smoking Man, Homelander, The Deep and A -Train are contacted by Lord Dregg and Thragg. They are told of Maximus's kidnap at the hands of Nolan and Ford. The Smoking Man and Homelander simply tell them to such get him back or they will suffer the consequences.
Homelander, The Deep and A Train mention their own encounters as well. The Smoking Man smirks realizing that Anti Cosmo, Bender and Slade are becoming aware of his plans as he is now aware of them. He sees an opporunity to reintroduce himself into the trio's lives.
Homelander tells A-Train and The Deep to just wait as it will aid them and Vought in becoming the ultimate calling power of the multiverse and allow super heroes into the millitary. He advises the two to keep an eye on Bruno as he is on borrowed time in case he fails again.
A-Train agrees and takes some of Compound V to use his speed as he has to while The Deep goes into the sea to scout.
The Deep tells A-Train and Homelander that they have Compound V are intending to get rid of it somehow. Homelander feels that it looks they're attempting to get rid of their plan, A-Train and Homelander both feel going to the land may be more necessary than attacking there as The Deep can do so.
Jacob Hopkins, Homelander and A-Train get an idea of their own to wait for an attempt to do so. The NME Salesman calls up the three and states he's got some sea monsters that can help out with the operation, for a nomial fee. A-Train is recultant to trust him, though Hopkins and Homelander are more willing to listen, The NMe Salesman show them the mess of sea monsters he has and they agree as The Salesman and them agree that it's a drop of the money for Vought
Dregg has his ship ready for Homelander, Jacob Hopkins and A-Train where they head to track on The Deep's instructions
The Deep, Homelander, Lord Dregg , Jacob Hopkins and A Train are all outside the island with Homelander leading the attack with A Train, The Deep and Lord Dregg all intent to capture them.
Captain Hero, Lava Woman, Shark Man go after Homelander with their powers intend to fight the powerful hero three on one. Homelander and Captain Hero are equal matches for one another due to similar powers. Lava Woman and Shark Man manage to help Captain Hero keep a upperhand on Homelander. Homelander is able to fight off the other three and land a few good hits on them. Homelander instructs Hopkins to make himself useful and get the kid.
Homelander decides to leave as Jacob presents him with Guppy pleasing him and the others.
Homelander and A-Train demand Slade return what he stole from them, Slade refuses to give it. Black Star asks who the guy is, Slade tells him it's Homelander an Superman wannabe but demented. Black Star chuckles at this
General Z9 attacks Slade himself while he sends the rest of the crew after A-Train and Homelander.
A-Train and Homelander go after the rest of the crew and take on Celes, Black Star and Kid who manage to make it an even fight against the two in regards to their skills and Celes's powers. A-Train is easier to take due to Celes understanding that cold powers work wells against speedster due to working with Leonard Snart. Black Star and Kid don't get out unscathed against A-Train or Homelander especially against the latter. Celes saves them from Homelander and they save her when A-Train discovers her plan.
A-Train and Homelander decide to hightail it with Zib and Z9 satsified that they have managed to stop Slade from getting too close to the truth at this point.
The Smoking Man is carefully working on his true plan as he intends, which he has hidden away to prevent anyone from figuring out. Homelander appears as well as The Sales Guy, and CSM asks about their arrivals.
Homelander states that he has been tracking Those Agents, they went to a remote location and persumably where Lincoln Loud is with that red haired sidekick of his. The Smoking Man seems content that he has finally found the two. The Sales Guy implores to let his big guys take care of business as he has been aware of the fact that the cracks that caused people from the future to arrive.
Homelander And CSM inquire him on this, The NME Sales Guy states that he knows what he's talking and that rifts have occured when it comes to them following Bender, Anti Cosmo, Luan and Harry Wells. He also states that it's also the case with Lincoln and Lydia too.
CSM states that he has an plan of his own and that he will have Jimmy follow as well as Bob The Dwarf and insect villains of his own to deal with the shrinking girl. Homelander considers just sending that Demogogon that the Warden has. CSM states that he has a better idea in mind and Homelander should follow them in case something goes arwy. Homelander gets it and heads off.
Homelander secrely follows and tries to fry Lydia as a result of her dealing with Bob The Dwarf and then tries again as Dr.Sam Owens, Her, Lincoln, Kelly and Cassie escape.
Homelander, CSM, General Mantivle, Bob, Jimmy and The Warden all meet back up and Homelander annouces he managed to indeed find the two kids. The Smoking Man states he knew Lincoln was going to show himself at some point. Homelander, Mantible and The Sweet Valley Gang tell them that Brenner must have figured him out
Homelander states that he will millatrize the forces now that Lincoln and Lydia have emerged and that it will give reason for his plot
Chapter 4[]
Homelander and Captain Putty head to Arlen upon learning of Bender and co heading there, as Customer Service spied on them and Slade's team attempt to get info on The Conspiracy with Slade. He immediaty figures out the Gribble House is where they are and arrives with Putty to intterograte Dale, though he stops Putty from torturing him. As he points out they're not here to cause a scene to one person. It's too Suspicous and he admits that Putty did break in so it would be bad for reputation.
Homelander does find a new recruit to help out in Tighten who he hands a temptation of his powers back from when Megamind took them back so he can help out and settle for Anti Cosmo and Bender who Tighten has dealt with and wants revenge on. After Tighten accepts the deal, and Homelander has him and A-Train join him at Alamo Land when it comes to attacking the others mostly the kids who have done things to oppose them. He singles out Libby as the main problem of the kids as she is helping Anti Cosmo, Bender and Slade directly find out about Vought sending Tighten to do so.
Homelander then goes after Sid and Lisa and fights both of them who uses magic and science to attack Homelander, while not his weakness he is slowed down and manages to hurt Lisa before quiting the fight as he knows killing kids won't go well with him and prolong the fight is pointing. He does settle for injuring them though, he is stopped by Ren, Starlight and Bender, Starlight saves Sid from Homelander.
Homelander finds them and proves why Bender needs him out of the way to beat The Smoking Man and the three don't have all their energy left from the previous fight. Homelander heads off afterwards and abolishs A-Train threatening to kick him off the Seven if he doesn't do his job.
Homelander, Tighten, Lord Dredd, Hopkins, Z9 and Zib are handed the choronton dentators to use on Townsvile for quarantine by CSM for their plans. Homelander then is quick to see Slade and his crew, he lanches an attack and attempts to kill Slade's scientists as he is aware if anyone will figure it out it's them. He directly ambushes Insano, Sideshow Bob and Varrick and tries to put them down, Insano though tries to hold him off so Bob and Varrick can keep up those observations up on their end
Despite their resilience Homelander and The CSM set off the detnators and forces the crew to escape from Townsville according to plan through Jacob Hopkins who went beneath notice.
The Deep comes to Homelander and tells him and the others they're heading to Royal Woods. Homelander needs Hero out of the way and sends off the Irkens to distract him so he and the others can go after Luan and Harry. Homelander and CSM intend to use Luan to possibly lure Lincoln and Bender out respectfully as Homelander feels she won't be strong enough to fend him off. This in spite of him knowing Luan has powers.
Setting enough plan up, he contacts Billy without anyone knowing and challenges Billy to a simple one on one without any powers or weapons as he knows Billy hates him and yet Homelander is interested in how Billy shows no fear of him. Billy takes him up to his offer as Homelander intended to do. Homelander and CSM have Zib, Jacob Hopkins and The Deep accompany him as well as other unnamed men so he can keep the upper hand he ultimately needs.
Hopkins uses speficallly made nets to trap the cast, and Homelander manages to trap everyone other than Billy, Hughie, MM, Frenchie and Benny and Homelander offers to let his friends free if Billy beats him in their fight which Billy decides to go for. Homelander very much as the upper hand due to being a Supe while Billy is a human, though the latter is able to take a lot of hits and still stand up and Billy isn't without some ability to actually put Homelander on the defending side of things. When Billy runs out of energy, Homelander offers to put him out of his mercy when Billy, Hughie and Benny reveal the blackmail on Homelander which Bend Bender, Libby and Anti Cosmo have on him, but it's not the Batman thing. It was his assault on Alamo Land that forced him to have to back off.
Homelander does accept his loss and lets them go realizing he can't allow his credibitiy to be damaged on top of just that. The Smoking Man and Homelander have an argument over this as he lets his rep take over just getting rid of the others. Homelander defends himself saying if he was caught then CSM would be caught as well at some point, he needs to perserve as much as he can of it no matter what Bender, Slade, Anti Cosmo, Libby or The Boys Attempt. He does admit they're more resistant that Vought's usual foes though.
Chapter 5[]
Homelander and CSM discuss plans as they both know that Slade, Bender, Harry, Marcy, Anti Cosmo, Luan and the others are closing in on what they really know. Considering Luan and Harry have connections to The Boys, he decides to plan how to deal with it. He gets Hopkins to help with this respectfully.
Homelander observes Bender and Anti Cosmo's arrival in part to The Chameleon telling them and has The Deep go after them through the sea respectfully.
Putty informed him that Queen Maeve has spilled the beans on him and decides to have her killed for betraying The Seven, Vought and Him. He decides to oversees another plan that CSM has in mind and Captain Hero, Lava Woman and Shark Man follow him.
Homelander is on pursuit of Slade with Captain Putty, he is told by A-Train where and what Slade is up to. He follows as he knows Slade is among those who know his actions of the group. He decides to go after the criminals as a cover for doing his job. He struggles to take on The Flying Dutchman due to him being a ghost, forcing him to decide to settle for killing his boss.
Homelander then attacks Slade trying to kill him after Slade has found out more on Vought though Slade does force him off as Slade intends to blow what he did respectfully. Homelander then threatens he will destroy the world if Slade dares to do it. Slade similar to Billy, tells Homelander to go and ahead and try, he won't back down and neither will Anti Cosmo or Bender. Homelander may scare most people, but not him, Bender, Anti Cosmo or Butcher. Homelander recognizes Slade is nuts, but just laughs as he amused by Slade's willness to defy him like Billie.
He takes out his anger of this when it comes to things by dismissing A-Train for failure
Chapter 6[]
Homelander alongside Thragg is informed to begin as they start Operation Countdown. With the knowledge Bender and Anti Cosmo are going public with him and his actions as well as Vought, Homelander decides screw it and attacks Halverston and Area with his forces and allows Zib to try and murder them and Slade deciding he will carry through what he promised to Slade.
Finale[]
With him learning that Bender and Slade's group decided to expose him and his corruption and Vought's actions, He sets courses to destroy Halverston and Area, Townsvile, Dib's town, The Cul De Sac, Duck Berg and Jump City to retaliate against this.
He eventually decides to just kill Slade, Bender, Anti Cosmo, The Boys and Starlight and has a showdown with them all in Veilstone City. He manages to kill A-Train for "betraying him". He fights the crew and he does prove why he is do dangerous, though he loses his temper when Bender mocks him for being a male prostitute as he calls him a ‘chichifo’ who's mad because the baby didn't get his bottle. Anti Cosmo joins in on this as well
This is when Kate tranquilizes him and Gwen prevents him from escaping. He is eventually brought down by The Trio, Starlight and The Boys who kill Homelander to make sure he can't stop their plan to kill The Smoking Man after a long fight between them all that leaves nearly everyone short on breath.

Trivia[]
Homelander is a parody of DC's Superman and Marvel's Captain America.
Unlike the comic series however, Homelander raped Becca instead of Black Noir.
Homelander is the first artificially-born Supe, whereas Ryan Butcher continues to be believed as the first natural-born Supe. This is largely due to the fact that, molestation aside, Homelander was created after a semen sample that was donated by Soldier Boy was mixed inside of a test tube of Compound V that was later artificially inseminated into a currently unknown woman.
With the exceptions of Stan Edgar, Billy Butcher, Hughie Campbell, Starlight, Queen Mauve, Solider Boy, Bender, Libby Stein, Slade and Anti Cosmo, every character who has come across Homelander fears him
