Hiromi Kadota (ヒロミ門田) is a member of Fenix who was demoted to squad leader due to accidentally creating the Rex Deadman as a result of his reckless actions, giving Deadmans the advantage in their attack on Fenix.
He would later transform into Kamen Rider Demons (仮面ライダーデモンズ, Kamen Rider Demonzu).
