Herbert and the crew are running a casino to scam citizens of the multiuniverse of money to create weapons of destruction which is only one part of the plan.
Herbert and the crew leave to the jungle and Herbert reveals to the audience that he has does a capture of something that will help them in their plans while complaing about having to work for Missy Kix. Herbert steers Furgerson's ship to the jungle and gathers the power he captured for Furgerson which was Elsa who GBF and Bonmucho sic on Strange and his reistance on encounter.
Herbert is next shown with the S.E.V.C.O.S.E.T Squad who make their way to Jesse's home as part of his booked appointment. Evil Carl gets a detect on their underwater vechile Hebert detects as THe Metalltic Man's resistance who they go after. Herbert makes a tractor to help in tracking down the Apples of Eden when contacting with Jesse.
They make another attempt at Apple of Eden felt when Slade, Anti Cosmo, Bender, Skipper, Death, Makoto, Jesu Otaku, Isabella, Jaeris and Zhuge find them and attack on them. Jesse though arrives to save them and sics Hakon, The Valentine bros and Jerry on them. Herbert and Evil Carl both get quite bothered by Jesse wanting to find a compass as opposed to a temple.Russell, Herbert, Vendetta, Missy, Evil PB, Erica, GBF and GBF Jr wait for Jesse to come back who had his grace and they enact Jesse’s spell. He and GBF Jr also are seen with Jesse who spied on the heroes when he returns regarding their mission. The alliance makes their attack on The BodyGuard UNit and The Omega League who make their way to them, Samson and Cruger get help from Chun Li, Sam and Max, and Multiuniversal Reisistance members to take them down which they suceed in doing so. Herbert betrays GBF and Jesse and sides with the new villain. Herbert and GBF Jr both are present when Dukat unleashs a Pah Wraith.
He is killed by the Multversal Resistance like the others in his groups
