Hekapoo the Scissors Enforcer is the forger of all dimensional scissors and a member of the Magic High Commission, who first appears in "Page Turner". Hekapoo is a supporting protagonist in the Disney XD show, Star vs. the Forces of Evil. Hekapoo was the only member of the Magic High Comission not working with Mina and Belos and was helping Sid deal with them as she knew the kid wasn't a threat despite being trained under Ecplisa who they were racist to. She helped and guided her to her potential with the others and became aware of Marcy's connections to Bender, Anti Cosmo, Harry Wells and Slade who defeated Toffee who killed them before getting brought back and was grateful unlike the other members.
Chapter 5[]
Hekapoo arrives around the Bunker to see that Sid and the others got away and decides to help bring them to Slade's manor the quick way, despite Jessie and Celes already doing just that.
Regrouping back at Slade's manor, she is questioned by Sid as well as Bender, Eclipsa, Slade, Anti Cosmo and Marcy on she is helping unlike the rest of Commission, Hekapoo tells that how she was against Mina from the start unlike them. She explains that Bender and Slade's Crew were mentioned by Odalia and their previous face off with Toffee had them all basically put in the ground or comatose. Despite that, she was against the whole view If you side against their views , you are their enemy that the others were subscribing as well as how insane and untrustworthy
As the others set course, Hekapoo and Sid discuss Toffee Halluncations and what happened with Mina. Hekapoo was aware of Sid's own witch thing this going on with Sid and decided if she needed to amend for anything in regards to the Commission and Mina. She could at least help the one who will bring her down according to what learned about.
Chapter 6[]
Hekapoo is informed of what happened with Sid respectfully and Hekapoo sees King and Sid respectfully about Sid's destructive powers that could be dangerous. Hekapoo has an idea of her own and that Sid may need to see the deceased member of the comission and she has an way to may sure Sid can see Lektnut.

Hekapoo helps get Bender and Harry back to the others and then gets Slade's Empire and Bender to The Boiling Isles

She helps Sid, Eclpisa and Glbogor get to Belos and Mina, then She helps Eclpisa and Camlla save Sid and Luz

Hekapoo disappears after seeing Sid light up saying that they may meet again
