Hazuki is a 15-year-old high school student who is painfully shy and socially inept; and as a result of this, she has no friends or even a love interest. Hazuki is very imaginative and a dedicated fan of fantasy stories - she inherited these traits from her mother, who died when Hazuki was still little. Whenever Hazuki is upset, she immediately finds herself a story book to immerse herself in (a condition Hazuki refers to as "Story Syndrome"). One day after school, Hazuki comes across a cloaked figure and decides to follow her to a library. Hazuki is then transported to another world where she is told that she is a Mage, known as a Madchen in that world. Afterwards, Hazuki transfers to Kuzunoha Girl's Magic Academy to become a proper mage. As the story progresses, Hazuki quits being a Madchen and her Origin was sealed. Hazuki is contracted to the book of Cinderella at first, before revising the title as Cinderella Doesn't Look Back.

In Crossover War Heroes Series, she is one of the supporting characters, alongside Touma Kamiyama, her brother, and the Sword of Logos Kamen Riders, serving as the supporter to the main heroes with their journeys.

Hazuki Kagimura first appeared as one of the supporting allies of The Multi-Universal Heroes of the Rebellion led Yuinshiel Asteria. She was aware that her brother is indeed the creator of the Duel Monsters. However she and her friends were apprached by Ranko Kanzaki. After the training was done, she and her friends must attend the meeting with her brother and the members of Sword of Logos.

After the deaths of Kudelia Aina Bernstein and her companions, Hazuki and Yuinshiel's Army of Heroes arrived to attack both Tekkadan and Transylvanian Business. However, she and the heroes attacked by the remaining forces of Gjallarhorn. Suddenly, Hazuki was sad that her brother and his fellow Kamen Riders had turned evil to join forces with Gunther Prozen and his remaining minions.

After Wild Liger has evolved into Beast Liger, Hazuki begins to feel sad. But, she is comforted by Yuinshiel and the rest of our heroes. She gets accompanied by Yuinshiel and the rest of our heroes when Professor Kiryu and the gang went nowehere. During the adventures, she and her friends were greeted by Hina Amano's family of the Gods. After Luigi and the gang entered the Fujikasane Mountain, she and her friends went on a meeting with Igarashi family and the Fenix Group. She'll be certain that her friends will get stronger in order to end Prozen's tyranny.

After the deaths of Thaddeus Valentine and many villains, Hazuki Kagimura and friends made it to the final battle against Prozen. In order to find her brother and the Kamen Riders, she gets accompanied by Symphogear heroines and their friends. During the final battle, Hazuki was able to reunite her brother and the Kamen Riders with help of Ash and Pikachu.
