Lord Hazanko is the main antagonist of the interstellar sci-fi/fantasy anime series Outlaw Star. He is the ruthless leader of the Kei Pirate Guild who seeks the Galactic Leyline to obtain ultimate power.
He was voiced by the late Seizō Katō in Japanese and by Tom Wyner in the English dub.
