Harrison Yates is a major antagonist from the animated series South Park. He is also the secondary antagonist of the 2017 video game, South Park: The Fractured But Whole and the main antagonist of The Pandemic Special.

He is the racist chief of police of South Park who enjoys abusing his power to frame and arrest black people for crimes they didn't commit.

Chapter 3[]

Yates is convinced to work with Becker and his group through bribery and offers, he is also aware of Bender as well since Bender has crossed paths with him before and was responsible for the defunding of his units with the help. He takes up the case to get back at Bender and Luan as well as Slade's operatives who Yates put the dotes together that Bender was aiding.

Yates manages to detect Stan helping Luci and Elfo and he gets warrants ready. Knowing where the Marsh kid, he leads the others to Tegridy Farms and uses his authority to take the weed and hand to Boddicker who hands it to Bolsa and Eladio to use for money.

Chapter 4[]

Yates gives the others the go ahead to get warrants for the heroes and finishes them with Jack and Norman Stansfield respectively. He and the others return to Becker and hand him the warrants. They are called into question when Becker mentions he told Eladio, Bolsa and The Salamancas about this plan admittingly.

Yates arrives with the others to go after Wile E, Harry, Anti Cosmo, Slade, Luan and Bender. Intent to put the six behind bars or die if Slade and Anti Cosmo don't give up their continent to Becker

Chapter 5[]

Yates join Becker and some of his crew in taking their care to their short cut to the Infosphere as they decide they need to get closer the Infosphere. He is in on Becker and The Cousins' s plan regarding Hansel and Gretel to dispose of them when it was all done. When they finished their short cut, Yates tasers the two and Becker, Lionel and Marco Salamanca kill the two, to the unsettlement of Hero, Nacho, Bunny and Claude.

Chapter 6[]

Yates arrives with the others with the intent to do what Becker and his superiors want and get the Infosphere for them leading his corrupt cops to put them away. Captain Hero takes care of Yates and takes out his cop force feeling unthreatened

He almost kills Yates but Nacho settles for just tying him down unconsciousness after seeing Slade do with Pinstripe and this gets put away in custody.

Act 1[]

Episode 5[]

Yates is broken out of jail again by Chief of Police and Hadley so Midas can use the cops to sic on the heroes to eavesdrop on or prevent any more info from coming out. Holding a grudge with Bender and Slade from last time he accepts.

Episode 6[]

He is sent to deal with Captain Hero, Celes and Harry Wells as they head to Brain Acres, which Yates does with his own men to bring them in for Midas. THough he does stay at first with The Chief of Police to find and capture The Space Bandtis who are stooping around which they do and keep them detained, not that it stops from escaping.

Yates intends to put a stop to the investigation and arrest Harry, Hero and Celes for trespassing, Harry and Captain Hero decide to not have any of it and fight back as Celes observes and gathers details on the farmland including the soil as The Two take on the corrupt police force. Hero basically slaughters them with ease due to his powers, while Harry doesn't approve of his brutality, considering the cops are corrupt and are trying to bring him them down he makes a pass here.

He does escape due to Harry being aware for all his corruptness, he is a cop and it would be too much of a risk. He is then with The Chief of Police as with their goons they manage to bring the water commissioner in for Midas to deal with.

Act 2[]

Episode 8[]

Yates and the other cops decide to go arrest Luan and her friends on Midas's hunch. This forces the gang to go undercover and Yates is able to find them and tries to bring them in. Luan, Hero, Harry and Celes are able to escape and run off, though Yates decides to use this as an opportunity to see them dispatched without having to do it himself.

Episode 9[]

Joining the cops, Yates proceeds to build a case on both Slade's Empire and The B Team for their leaders's many crimes in the past. On top of this, Yates is aiding Midas in his plans to claim the next component Milton has in mind for his project.

Episode 10[]

Flass and Yates are both pursuing Luan and Slade at this moment and are continuing to build their case for Midas. Putty, G-Lo and Hero are able to discover Flass and Yates thanks to G-LO and they go after them as They sic a power like Overloads on Slade, Luan and Cinderblock. Slade, Luan, Cinderblock, Captain Putty, Captain Hero and G-Lo all look as the cops arrive to bring them into custody so Norton can take revenge on Slade for the blackmailing attempt.

Slade, Luan, Putty, Captain Hero, G-LO with Cinderblock fight off the cops and the Overload Clone who try to arrest them. He and Flass are then bugged by Slade who decided to try and find their big cheese.

Episode 11[]

For his inability to deal with the heroes, Anton and Byron place him back in jail to rot as Midas has no use for him.

Chapter 8: Earth X's Last Stand[]

Yates is bailed out to help settle things with the heroes and chases down Libby and her friends. While he does a fare good job with Jack The Ripper, he is discharged and placed in solitary confinement.
