Harold Joseph (nicknamed "Stretch") is a character from the GTA Universe.
He is voiced by Hassan Johnson.
Stretch is a Los Santos born character and joined the Chamberlain Gangster Families at an early age and worked into its high ranks and became a respected member, earning his nickname. He eventually met Franklin Clinton and Lamar Davis, befriending them. However, Franklin formed a resentment for Stretch most likely due to his selfish and reckless behavior. Lamar, however, looked up to him at a young age.
Sometime before 2013, Stretch was arrested and imprisoned for an unknown crime he possibly committed for the CGF.
