Harkon (Real name possible Ted) is the emperor of the Multiverse Empire. He is a Sith Lord with massive power.
The Multiverse Empire Storyline[]
Harkon's backstory is somewhat of a mystery despite his claims of possible being a former hero. It has yet to be fully confirmed if this is true or not. As well as if he has ever worked for the U.S government. As this may have been noting but lies to trick his enemies. It is a known fact that he and Lloyd Garmadon are at least familiar with each other, as Lloyd once described him as "a sweet and nice kid" in the past. He also seemly is on the Asperger spectrum as both himself and other characters have occasionally brought it up. But despite this he seems to have build a name for himself among villainous fractions as he has shown to have won the loyalty of many villains overtime.
