Like his great-uncle, archdruid Hamuul Runetotem, Guff Runetotem is the tauren druid who is one of the Horde mercenaries in Forged in the Barrens. He cares much about nature and animals, including his friends. Though, his clumsiness got himself into trouble at Thunder Bluff.

At Thunder Bluff, Guff wanted to become a hero to protect his home, but he have accidentally caused so much trouble in here, like meddling with rituals. In response, Hamuul sent his great nephew to the Barrens so Guff will show his worthiness to him. In this land, he befriended with Rokara, Bru'kan, Tamsin Roame, and Varden Dawngrasp to seek the shards of naaru that was scattered somewhere in here.
