Grid Battleforce is an organization created to use Morph-X as an energy source and to protect the Morphin Grid.
With the discovery of Morph-X, Grid Battleforce planed to have it distributed as a clean and sustainable energy source. But the use of something from the Morphin Grid as a sustainable energy source comes with the danger of an evil mind that may try and steal it. In anticipation, Commander Shaw and Nate Silva developed weapons, equipment, and animal-based powers to create a team of Power Rangers to protect the Morphin Grid. Grid Battleforce's headquarters in Coral Harbor contains the main foyer, reception area, battle simulator, Zord hangar, central hub (where Commander Shaw is usually seen), and Nate's lab, which also contains another room revealing to be a vault where weapons and equipment used by previous Rangers are kept. The vault also contains files of the past Rangers' service.
