Goro Majima (真島 吾朗, Majima Gorō.) is a lieutenant of the Shimano family, Shimano's right-hand man and head of the Majima Family. Majima is an acquaintance of Kiryu with a twisted sense of loyalty. His temper and lack of mercy earned him the nickname "the Mad Dog of the Shimano Family". Because of his friendship with Kiryu he believed himself to be the only one entitled to kill him, and nearly died attempting to protect that right. He is also the sworn brother of Taiga Saejima and fights him with as much desire as he does Kiryu.

With help from an old acquaintance of the leading member of The Criminal Empire, Kingpin who they're allied with. He gave Kazuma Kiryu and Goro Majima the reports of Sadira's location. They are here to avenge Felicia (Dark Stalkers) death previously made in Blackpool. Little did Sadira know she messed with the wrong crime of an honorable yakuza family Felicia previously established connections to. It is explained by the threes joint operation with Felicia's church orphanage plan in project x zone 2 they agreed to work together to build on it to give safe haven for kids and teenagers to live in where no town could offer them jobs in Japan.
