Gorilla Grodd, or just Grodd, is the quaternary antagonist in the first season of the TV show The Flash. He is a gorilla who was experimented on at S.T.A.R. Labs and is the only animal meta human. Grodd first appears after Harrison Wells reveals himself as the Reverse Flash to General Wade Eiling and attacks the general.

Chapter 2[]
Grodd was revealed to be one of the Villains that had a hand in capturing Marcy Wu led by NOS-4A2 who brought Abra Kadabra, Protmethus , Ushari and Luv with him
Chapter 4[]
Pinstripe, General Immortus, Lalo and the Gang Green Gang who are intending to capture Anne and Luz with this trap and while the former don't get caught Ibuki does foil the closer attempts. Anne and Luz arrive at the end and that's when Ibuki shows up and warns them that Toffee's allies are in deed here and they were trying to bait them into lowerin their guard. Luz states that they still got the jump on them, which is when Grodd shows up grabbing the three with Lalo Salmanca prasing Grodd for his trap and stealth regarding the kids. He does ask where the archer is and asks Immortus and Ace if they did and they didn't either. Lalo orders Immortus and The Gang Green Gang to capture Marcy.
Lalo and Grodd check up on Immortus and Lalo is noticably impressed with Marcy despite her clumsyness and tells the others to up the attempts on Marcy intend on testing her. Marcy goes through more converyors but she sees tubes containing residents of the Boiling Isles being used for animal subjects which disgust her as it sits in for Marcy just how horrible the damage Toffee's cult did. She falls into a magma chamber and Big Billy appears and attacks Marcy. Marcy outsmarts Big Billy and defeats him with her arrows and magic.
Grodd sets up the next traps to crush Marcy alive and has Ace, Grubber and a saved Big Billy work them to kill her. Marcy also escapes this too and then is she at last chased by bulldozing robots which nearly do kill her. As Grodd, Poopypants and Silco set them up to be as fast as the average human.
Marcy arrives at the final trek and finds a giant robot being operated with Silco, Poopypants and Immortus who demand Marcy to surrender herself like Anne, Luz and Ibuki did. Anne and Luz call out to Marcy that this was indeed a trap from the cult and that Marcy was right. Marcy gets down to business and fights the giant robot. Lalo springs the real real trap and has Grodd and Fern restrain them again. Lalo calls Luv and Promethus who have been the ones controlling the situation
Promethus equips the Dark Cannon ready to deliver to Toffee the heroines and the Street Fighter character. Luv now upgraded with her pandora infection start pounding on Luz and sadistcally taunts her about how she is losing her live, her home and her magic and that she is no match for her. Ibuki attacks Luv, but has to be more speedy since Luv is now much stronger and when Luv doesn't have any luck, she decides to kill Anne and Marcy by asking Grodd to just crush them to death. This shocks Ace, Snake and Big Billy at just how cruel Luv really is and Ibuki rushed to save them when Grodd tosses the two aside and grabs Ibuki who Promethus captures successfully with his dark cannon and Luz sees her friend become a trophy.
Back with The cult, Promethus presents Toffee with the Ibuki Tropy, Toffee while disastisfied that he didn't get Anne, Luz, Cricket or Marcy Wu realizes that he can use this to his own advantage and Grodd knows what Toffee is plotting and offers to do the work himself. Toffee being pleased with Grodd, Luv, Lalo and Promtethus agrees and praises Lalo for his ingeniusness. Ace still reeling from Grodd and Luv's Cruelty toward Luz calls them for going too far for a mere ninja like Ibuki
Chapter 5[]
Grodd is present when Lalo deducts that something up with Toffee dealing with an outsider rather than one of his allies and he is quick to notice time cracks which gets Immortus and Grodd calling him crazy with Luv confirming his statements as N.Tropy arrives.
Grodd terrioize the university and swacking away newts while mind controlling other ones when Grodd gets distracted by slingshots which is coming from Sprig and Blissina saves Sprig from being nearly squished and asks him what does he intend to accomplish with that. Sprig wants to stop the big monkey from wrecking a place he could been going in a few years. Blissina tells him to let her deal with the monkey. Grodd and Blissina fights throughout the university with Sprig saving the newts from the monkey and getting them to safety as he is quick to notice the newy army coming to get the citziens as Spirg leads them to free dom.
Blissina observes and cracks a smile at the frog's bravery and decides to help Sprig save more newts from Grodd and Grodd decides to just leave and go after someone else. Luv calls in Grodd to help and they start double teaming her. Amanda contiunes her fighting despite this and she uses her abilities to keep herself on edge when Grodd pins her down and Luv decides to kill her without monologing when Amanda blinds them with the sand she throws at them and grabs the tall gorilla off her and throws him at Luv and then she start slaughtering through Toffee's forces like butter.
Luv and Grodd both remove the trophy Ibuki and bring her back. Ibuki is ready to attack both of them, but Grodd holds her and Luv announces that Toffee has begun to the next step of his plots. Ibuki unimpressed with this say he wouldn't succeed, Grodd says that Ibuki is the next step and orders Luv to insert that syringe in her. Luv inserts a syringe into Ibuki and Ibuki begins feeling pain as she is feelng twitches and start feeling pain and then she begin glowing. Luv and Grodd watch as a result and as the light fades away Ibuki has been transformed she is now wearing a black skin tight top that shows her torso definition quite well, a purple waist sash that also keeps her brown pants on, her pants are similar to her default outfit's but are cut lower at the hips than her default, and her top rides higher meaning this outfit is even more revealing in that area. She also wears skulls as knee pads as aesthetics. She speaks she is ready to serve the cult pleasing Luv and Grodd
Luv and Grodd present Evil Ibuki to Toffee, pleasing him that he has turned her with Pandora. He also decided to get rid of all the Pandora.
Chapter 6[]
Toffee is with Grime, Grodd, Morag and Immortus as they observe Mako Island. Toffee tells his henchmen that they will be the next stop to attack, Grime asks Toffee why there. Toffee explains the island is remote so no attention will be brought to them and that it'll be swift but efficent. Grodd and Immortus are placed in front of the pack for the attack,
Chapter 7[]
Grodd goes after Amanda intending to take revenge for the last encounter and Amanda doesn't care and goes straight for the blow, Grodd tries to control Amanda with his mind but Amanda's crown blocks it from the attempt and Amanda jumps with her sword to attack the gorilla. Grodd blocks it and throws her to the side. Amanda quickingly rebounds with flips and uses her speed to confuse Grodd and then blindsides him and flies in the air throwing the gorilla to the ground.
Grodd goes to try and wreck her crown to make him more susecpeible to his control Amanda holds his hand from stopping her and smacks the gorilla. Grodd steps on Amanda and intends to crush her thin stature, Amanda is initally crushed but she eventually start lifting up Grodd's foot and stabs his foot with her sword. Amanda then power bombs Grodd into the ground, and stuns him
Grodd shows up ready to kill The Thinker. Grodd was sent by Toffee to kill the Thinker as Toffee found him and knows he might act against him. Thinker denies that he has any hand in Toffee's plan. Grodd smacks Thinker aside and tries to control The Thinker though all the stuff in his head makes immune to it so Grodd decides to just crush Thinker
An expolsion occurs in the room Thinker left and a massive torrent of water occurs having Grodd drop Thinker. Thinker decides to escape teleporting himself out of the area, Grodd looks and a silouttee appears through the waves ocean torrent and emerges is Cleo now decked in purpe clothing, paler skin , a more adult face and now fiery red hair.
Grodd doesn't recongize Cleo and goes to attack but Cleo is ready and forms a double bladed icicile out of her own hands and impales Grodd straight out in the heart and then takes it out which causes Grodd to die and then washes out Grodd as a result.
