George Liquor is a far-right extremist who became enraged when referred to as a "Democrat" and believes that Republicans are communists. He appeared twice on The Ren & Stimpy Show. He was first aired in the episode "Man's Best Friend". The episode was soon banned because of Ren's violent behavior. In the second episode called "Dog Show", George Liquor appeared entering Ren and Stimpy into a dog talent show. They unfortunately had to censor it due to crude humour. George Liquor never made another appearance on the show with the exception of some scenery background photos. They still did put him on a show online called, "The Goddamn George Liquor Program". He was partnered up with his relative named Jimmy the Idiot Boy.

George and Jimmy appeared in a Barq’s Root Beer commercial. In that commercial, George pours the root beer in Jimmy’s ear. The root beer gets consumed by a tiny sausage within the ear, and Jimmy eats the empty can.
