Genzo Makishima, first overseer of Chronos Japan, was never a particularly compassionate or affectionate man. He is the main villain from Guyver universe.
Genzo Makishima is a no-nonsense person who hates the Tokusatsu and Magical Girls, especially Kamen Riders or Power Rangers (Super Sentai warriors). He also hated Digital Pet creatures, including Pokemon and Digimon.
Genzo Makishima is the most diligent, despicable person in the entire Multi-Universe. He is the rich director of Chronos Corporation, who caused the genocide of Pokemon trainers and the Digidestined, including the rest of the heroes.

- In non-crossover stories, Genzo Makishima became Enzyme to kill the Guyver after lacking the sense of leadership and the failure to recover the three Guyver Units. Under the command of Richard Guyot, he allows himself to have a bloody explosion against the overloaded Guyver after retrieving the Control Medal.
