General Specific is the main antagonist of the Cartoon Network show, Sheep in the Big City. The General is the leader of the Secret Military Organization, and his main goal throughout the series is to capture Sheep so that he can use him for his sheep-powered ray gun. However, his plans are always foiled because of either Sheep escaping or being captured by another villain or being defeated by Sheep's allies (mostly by the X Agent).

Chapter 3: Solider Boy's Final Stand[]
He has been recruited by Sharon Carter to help in the reemergence with his Private
SB and his allies decide to proceed to the next part and free the 2 super soldiers to use in their plans. which is a false flag operation
General Specfic and Private Public help Hartman leads his men to follow the heroes on Solider Boy's Order. They finds them through his tracking skills and has the heroes attacked. Sharon comes to get him and tells she'll take it from here.
The General and The Private get back to them and ask how the Ray gun is working and Bar Sinister gives the update.
He and the rest of the crew then go take on the M.O.D.A.B Crew under Ripper respectfully They are tasked with going after the group still and he attends to take them down while not wasting the ray gun. He isn't exactly competent though just some of the others though and does get outwitted by them.
He tries one more hail mary attempt at getting rid of the heroes respectfully though this ends up do his detriment even when Private Public tries to warn him, and this ends with him being killed by the M.O.D.A.B Crew and McBragg.
