General Burke is the father of Betty Burke and Ben Burke and the General of Grid Battleforce. He presents himself as a stern military man, but he can sometimes be immature and childish, and is even ammused by his children's goofiness.
It's unknown what happened to General Burke one year after Venjix' defeat. It's possible he retired, as Shaw ascended to the rank of General and Devon was appointed as Commander.
