Gebel is the character from Bloodstained.
He was a close friend of Miriam, but turned evil due to being corrupted by the Crystal Curse. He was introduced as the initial main antagonist of Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, and reappeared as a playable character in the spinoff, Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon and its sequel, Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon 2.
