Gaspar is one of the Muppets from Barrio Sésamo, the Spanish version of Sesame Street, having appeared from 1996 to 2000.
Gaspar was a Muppet representing a red-haired human. He always showed a smile on his face. Apparently, Gaspar owned a market and offered an adult counterpart to child-like Bluki, without reaching the intellectual extremes of Bubo.
