Garbage Pail Kids is and Ugly version of Cabbage Patch Kids. The are the main characters of the same name "Worst" film.
The Nostalgia Critic famously ridiculed both the movie and the "heroes" - taking note of their confusing morals and how they often did disgusting and/or immoral things only to change quite suddenly and do "good" (albeit in equally bizarre ways).
