Gaff

Gaff is a supporting antagonist in Season 4 of Breaking Bad. He is the cruel chief button man of the Cartel, and the right-hand man of Don Eladio, replacing Juan Bolsa's role of informing the Cartel about the activity in their New Mexico territory.

Episode 2

Gaff has reported to The cartel about the others's activities and it was revealed he was the one behind the attacks on Slade's Empire where he suffocates Slade's crew in their vechiles using the exhaust fumes to prevent him from progressing further while robbing the dead goons of Slade's group

He attempts to assassinate Dee Dee for spying on the operations unintentionally after it becomes obvious she has heard something. He then leads the others to stage a shoot out on Bender as well as Slade's forces at Dee Dee's hotel and goes head to head with Slade as Slade refuses to budge

Upon being out matched, he decides to flee as Mike manages to make him flee by joining, though he will return.

Episode 3

Gaff scouts out Bean heading to Dreamland with Slade and with Anton heads off to kill Slade for Eladio. He is able to hide himself well enough until the time to do it. He also tries to kill Mop Girl for revealing where Anton got his weapons from and Slade decides to fight back as a merc himself. He radios in Riff Raff and Titan to help out as continues to attempt damaging Slade's helmet to get a clear shot. He knows when to fold them after Celes manages to inteverne enough

Episode 5

He and Anton arrive at the meeting with Bolsa about their profits and tributes. Gaff delivers stuff to them as he took another ruthless move against Slade's operatives thanks to Chang leaking info to him and Anton. Gaff said that he doesn't need a tribute to Eladio as he is help the Don sabotage Slade and his empire to force a sitdown if needed, He does note that even if the heroes discover him, it'll be their own tracker they find as Anton used the opporunity to swipe a tracker as Gaff suffocates Slade's mooks with those exaust fumes.

Episode 7

Gaff joins up with Anton to go after and kill Slade's Butler Wintergreen who Professor Chang suspects is going to tell Slade about him or his affilations. This is a well merited decision, as Gaff and Anton murder Wintergreen, though like Anton he decides to do something else with it while he is at it.

Episode 9

Gaff reports to the cops to tell them how Bean, Captain Hero, Jessie and Nacho are going to continue looking into what Slade is trying to undercover that links back to them. He is then informed of a break in at the abandoned lab, Milton made his slurry at and goes after the party with the intent to kill them. He nearly snipes the Multiversal Resistance taking plenty of shots at them, he leads Midas's goons in this process and goes up against 16, Caremlita Fox and Carmen who shield their escape where Gaff sends other allies to deal with them.

Episode 12

Once Again assisting Anton, he tries to kill Bender, Wile E, Mop Girl, Elfo, Luci and The Dreamland Council while actually managing to wound most of the commission other than Zog and the heroes.

Episode 19

Gaff was brought back to deal with the heroes with Midas working to assassinate them as he had to put him away to prevent him from doing anything against him after betraying Eladio. He is killed by Slade and Anti Cosmo who do this as a way of getting back at him for sabotaging his empire.
