Glorious Godfrey is a DC Comics supervillain who is part of The Fourth World series of comic books in the early 1970s.
The New Elders of The Realm[]
Glorious Godfrey is the only member of the Darkseven sent by Darkseid to help his ally Zorg as a member of The New Elders of The Realm. Under his disguised alias G.Gordon Godfrey, he will not only help to talk mean things about the heroes but also slander the other rival villains group for bringing parts of the Multi-Universe into ruin. His super persuasion powers allow him to convince the Multi-Universal media of how bad those heroes and villains can be, the only one makes the exception as being a respectable being is Zorg and his group members where G. Gordon Godfrey will talk positive things about them on the news.

He will show up on the news making bad criticizing reports about the heroes and other villains groups except the new elders of the realm who he works alongside Zorg.

Glorious Godfrey joins forces with a terrorist unit afterwards in their leader Anarky. Once again as his news reporter identity G. Gordon Godfrey he uses his super persuasive powers to be able to cover the tracks of the terrorist organization and use false evidence to convince the Multi-Universe media to pin the blame on the heroes or rival villain factions for repeated incidents to frame them.
