Major Frolaytia Capistrano (フローレイティア＝カピストラーノ Furōretia Kapisutorāno) is the commander of the 37th Mobile Maintenance Battalion of the Legitimacy Kingdom. Quenser and Heivia work under her command.
Appearance[]
Frolaytia is described as a beautiful woman, tall and slender with large breasts. She has long silver hair, slightly tinged blue and purple eyes. She wears a blue officer's uniform with a skirt, black stockings, and blue high heeled, knee high boots. She is usually seen smoking a kiseru (or Japanese smoking pipe).
Personality[]
Frolaytia is strict and slightly sadistic at times, though she does care for the well-being of her subordinates.
She is very interested in Japanese culture, with tatami mats laid across the floor of her office and various Japanese decorations placed throughout her office.
