Officer Francis "Frankie" McReary is a character from the GTA universe.
He is voiced by Thomas Lyons.
Francis is the Deputy Police Commissioner of the Liberty City Police Department, and is a corrupt police official. He is the second oldest brother to Packie McReary. Francis works at the Westminster Police Station in Algonquin, Liberty City.
