Francis Evan Francis (formerly known as Super Colossal Big Fat Boss Baby) is the main antagonist of DreamWorks' 34th full-length animated feature film The Boss Baby, which is based on the 2010 book of the same name by Marla Frazee. He is the CEO of a popular conglomerate known as Puppy Co. and the archenemy of Boss Baby.
He was voiced by Steve Buscemi, who also played Mr. Pink in Reservoir Dogs, Carl Showalter in Fargo, Garland Greene in Con Air, Randall Boggs in Disney/Pixar's Monsters Inc., Mr. Wesley in Disney's Home on the Range, Nucky Thompson in Boardwalk Empire, and Dwight Diddlehopper in The Simpsons.
War of The Streams[]
He joins up with Underwood to take his revenge on Boss Baby who has foiled him one too many times as well as the Streaming Resistance. he ends up helping the Underwoods keep the group on their toes while also taking shots at The B Team and Slade's Empire as well. With Puppy Co exposed in part to his corruption at the end, he goes on the run and is picked up by The N.Trophies

Prologue[]
Using his connections, he managed to get Crocker and Melvin Borg the device for N.Trophy and his mooks to use for their plans against Lydia as he rationalizes that anyone else would have been too easy to figure out. N.Tropy notes that he understands their own plans are having a need to be subtle.
Chapter 1[]
Part 2[]
Francis has his men accompany Spot respectively so they can lead the attack that the N.Tropies are intending to use respectively. Or Even to acquire a secondary goal for N.TropyHe manages to allow his allies to enter the police station and notes that Boss Baby is working to restore the power and sends his men to deal with Boss Baby as he works to insure Spot succeeds in his goal respectively regarding the police station.
This doesn't go as planned, Though Francis is lucky to have helped Spot insure a base can be not used again so The Streaming Resistance has to stay on the move.
Chapter 2[]
He and Crocker manage to find Hilda and the others and decide to capitalize on Jaune being not able to fight back at full power by going after Hilda and Johanna as Chandler and Chelsea inform the two of their success and other details of the attack.
Part 3[]
White Dragon has been sent on his own mission with Francis respectfully by N.Tropy respectfully.
Their plan manages to work though the Cupheads don't get captured so they have to resort to co-operating with the Virtumite General to lure them in a trap.
Chapter 3[]
Francis gives White Dragon to go ahead and the familarity needed with the Invincible Universe to insure he knows what he is doing respectfully.
Part 2[]
Francis is found by Cuphead and his friends and is attacked by the three after they chase White Dragon to him respectively. Francis decides to retreat with White Dragon to tow so Kregg can take care of things.
Chapter 4[]
Francis decides with the distractions being caused by his allies, he decides to go and out cause his own trouble with Marliyn and Tyler respectfully seeing an opportunity.
Part 2[]
Francis makes his attack to get rid of babies with Tyler, Marlyin and Chandler so he can get rid of Boss Baby once and for all. He realizes that Rave is invetigating him and he decides to send his forces to kill whatever that thing is
He is hindered though by Boss Baby, George, Harold and Penny who he takes all at certain points and tries to kill Boss Baby. Francis almost succeeds until George and Harold shrink him with the Lootsy Gootzy 2000 and end up giving Boss Baby the juice that bestows super powers, Boss Baby takes advantage and manages to Stop Francis's plans and manages to accidentally killing him.
