Foxy (One Piece)

Foxy the Silver Fox is the main antagonist in the manga and anime series One Piece. He is the captain leader of the Foxy Pirates and the main antagonist of the Long Ring Long Land Arc and Foxy's Return Arc, and secondary antagonist in the Spa Island Arc. He returns after the timeskip in the special series Adventure of Nebulandia, where the crew teamed up against the Straw Hats.

He is voiced by Bin Shimada in the Japanese version, and by Jonathan Brooks in the English version.

The Darken Gathering

Throughout the seas of the One Piece Universe, Foxy is known as the cheater and trickster of his pirate group the Foxy Pirates having won his crew through the games of Davy Back Fights then later losing to Monkey D. Luffy in that contest. Abandoned by all his crew mates, Foxy was recruited by Darkonda to have the opportuntiy in commanding a much more powerful crew. Foxy accepts and says only if he can get revenge on Luffy and have the oceans finest treasures for himself. Darkonda says "Pirate all you want in the sea for you will have the treasure of the dead. If that straw hatted comes, my army and resources are at your disposal to kill him." Foxy became a major member of The Darken Gathering to help create traps, mecha robots, and anything that can help Darkonda's group cheat in the war they are having with the heroes and other villain factions.

Foxy's Nine-Tails Rush where he punches at high speeds, they become more powerful if he uses his Slow Slow Beam on his enemy, when the slow down effect is over they would feel being knocked away by the force of his punches all at once.
