Silico is a mysterious supervillain and a major antagonist of The Powerpuff Girls in the 2016 series. He is the owner of Silico Industries and Techo Industries.

Chapter 2[]
Professor Poopypants and Slico a created some machine to brainwash Cleo's friend Emma and Rikki after Toffee placed them following Promethus and Mandarin's ambush on them.
Chapter 3[]
Pinstripe shows them the Ganggreen gang a source of power known as Pandora which can corrupt and take control of others when used, Pinstripe experiments with some people he captured and uses it to make them sub servient to Toffee Which Toffee's scientists Professor Poopy Pants and Slico show to them as they use them on hostages Which Pinstripe states he caught with his Dark Cannon.
Chapter 4[]
Marcy arrives at the final trek of the frozen boiled isles and finds a giant robot being operated with Silco, Poopypants and Immortus who demand Marcy to surrender herself like Anne, Luz and Ibuki did. Anne and Luz call out to Marcy that this was indeed a trap from the cult and that Marcy was right. Marcy gets down to business and fights the giant robot.
Chapter 5[]
Poopypants and Silco tell Pinstripe not to get peeved as he sulks on Toffee dealing with Odalia over him, He is killed by N.Tropy as a way of the doctor proving he can be the solo doctor in the cult.
