Kim Possible: The Extremely Secret Files is the first book to the Ratchet and Kim Possible crossover story. Originally meant to be a private story, Fanfictiondreamer decided to share this years after putting it away.
How It Started[]
The idea came to her as she was watching her brother playing this game. He received it for his PS2 when they were still teenagers. Fanfictiondreamer already became into games for the PS2 such as Sly Cooper and the Jak series, so Ratchet and Clank felt into the roster naturally.

This was the cut scene that got Fanfictiondreamer hooked to the Ratchet and Clank series.
The game did seem very interesting to her but then, she really became enamored after seeing one cut scene that was really funny. It was of a commercial of the galactic games. She really liked the quirky and unique sense of humor that went into the commercial. Little by little, she saw more of that quirky sense of humor and really had been a huge fan of the game ever since.
As she was watching the game, her natural habit of creating stories from shows and games that she liked really kicked in. A little afterwards, her mind came up with the idea to do a crossover with Kim Possible for some reason, almost as though her mind knew what ideas would work before she did. From there, she began to create the story.
Much like Ratchet and Clank, Kim Possible also had a unique and quirky sense of humor, so that could have been one of the reasons why both ideas would work out. It also contains some awesome action scenes and parts that were a bit over the top, which was another unique feature to both. It wasn't too hard to have Kim Possible become part of Ratchet and Clank's world considering that a lot of things in the show consisted of people coming up with incredible machines that no one else had ever done, such as talking vehicles and appliances, a rocket powered wheelchair that was owned by Ron's friend Felix and was built by Felix's mom to help out her handicapped son, actual robots with actual AI, so they can think and function like people, the list goes on. So, it would only be a matter of time before people were able to build shuttles that can reach galaxies far away even without them knowing it, which was the plot to the first book.
Drakken and Shego's Plan[]
"It was a dark and stormy night. It was also a fierce night, so fierce that not even a monster of a child's worst nightmare would be crazy enough to set out at a night like this. Oh, did I mention there were werewolves? Well, there weren't any, but that's not the point! What's important was something happened that night".
Kim Possible The Extremely Secret Files Part 1
The story started with Drakken and Shego (any surprised by this) breaking into the space center where Kim's dad, Dr. Possible, works at in the middle of the night. They were looking for a secret project of his: a highly advanced space station that named the Impossible Space Station of the Future, or the ISSF for short. Drakken mentioned that he had been working on this project since he was still in high school. Drakken planned on using the space station as a new base for when he can rule the world. Due to his past encounters with Kim Possible, he opted to use it to go someplace in space he believed that Kim would never find them. Shego was a bit skeptic at first, but when they blasted off into space on it, they were able to arrive in another galaxy within 2 hours of Earth time.
At that time, Ratchet and Clank, boarding a large cruiser on their way to the Bogon Galaxy, took notice of the space station's arrival in their galaxy. Ratchet felt that something about it didn't seem right and kept his eye on it throughout the entire time.
Meanwhile, back on Earth, Kim, having awakened an hour after waking up, received a call from Wade on her Kimmunicator, telling her to meet with her dad at the space station. She along with Ron met her dad at the space station where he revealed that he had been working on a top secret space station and one he claimed to be a space station to end all space stations. However, it was stolen the night before. After Kim asked Wade to find out who did it, they discovered that Drakken and Shego committed the theft. Not only that, but they discovered that the space station is in another galaxy, much to their surprise. Regardless, she and Ron set out into space to retrieve it. They blasted off in the same space shuttle that she used with Fredrick to retrieve Ron after the time he was accidentally sent into space with Monkey Fist and his monkey ninjas. Kim and Ron pondered for a minute with how a space station made on Earth could possibly reach another galaxy, but Kim wanted to stay focused on the mission.
Kim and Ron Meeting Ratchet and Clank[]
Ratchet: "I'm Ratchet and this is my good friend Clank." Kim: "I'm Kim Possible, this is Ron Stoppable and that's Ron's pet naked mole rat Rufus." Rufus: "Hi."
Arriving within another galaxy, they found the space station and attempted to infiltrate it. Drakken, surprised that Kim and Ron were able to find them, attempted to stop them from entering. Ratchet and Clank, still nearby, watched as all of this was occurring. However, when Kim and Ron were about to fall into another of Drakken's inescapable deathtraps, Ratchet, not being able to standby and continue watching, rushed out in his ship and saved them from the deathtrap. From there, he asked them to meet back in the cruiser as he wanted to talk to them. With nothing else, they did what he asked them to do.
Arriving inside the cruiser, Kim and Ron met with Ratchet and Clank and found out that he had been watching the space station since its arrival within the galaxy. He then asked them what they knew about it and what they were doing regarding it. With nothing else they she and Ron could do, Kim told them everything about what's been happening, from her dad being the one who built the space station to Drakken stealing it, knowing that it's another one of his "take over the world" schemes. After giving each other their names, Ratchet decided to step up and help Kim and Ron get back Dr. Possible's space station.
One of the first things that they planned to do was fix up Dr. Possible's space shuttle so that it can be capable of space combat. From there, Kim contacted Wade and asked him to analyze the shuttle to find out what needs to be done to fix it up, but not before introducing him to Ratchet and Clank, which he was more than zealous about meeting. Kim and Ratchet called them both off for their behavior, however Kim became a little startled when Ratchet called them off the same way that she did.
As Wade was analyzing the shuttle, Kim and Ron had a chance to chat with Ratchet and Clank. Ratchet and Clank talked about their previous adventure and Kim talked about a lot that has been going on in her life, including her double-life as a teenage crime fighter. Kim's stories about her life mezmerized and fascinated Ratchet to a point where he became infatuated with her. After the chat, Wade called the group back to inform them that he had made an he made an startling discovery: the space shuttle consists partially of alien technology. Not only that but he was able to find out that the space station also had some alien technology built into it, which clarifies how both were able to arrive at another galaxy within a short period of time. This startled the group but brushed it off for the time being as they needed to fix up the space shuttle.
The Space Shuttle[]
As they got to work on it, Ron got into a few mishaps involving his pants, much to the annoyance of the group. However, during the progress, Kim and Ratchet would a few times exchanged glances that would imply close, personal interests in each other, with Ron and Clank taking notice of it. Before they were about to finish the last of the work, they had a chance to stop and admire the work that they had done so far. A little afterwards, Kim went on to thank Ratchet for helping her and Ron out. Ratchet didn't think nothing of it and struggled a bit to find the proper way to address Kim, but she went on to tell him that he can address her by her real name: Kimberly, which he happily accepted. Ron and Clank noticed this taking place. Ron was weirded out by this, but Clank thought is was sweet as did Rufus.
Before they had the chance to finish up working on the space shuttle, Drakken and Shego arrived to steal it from them. They had the chance to meet Ratchet and Clank them mocked them. Then Drakken mentioned that after he steals the space shuttle, he plans to break it apart and scatter the pieces across another galaxy. After Drakken and Shego left with the space shuttle, Kim contacted Wade to try and find where they're taking her dad's space shuttle. While Wade went on to that, he gave him the chance to speak to her dad. She reported everything that had happened then introduced him to Ratchet and Clank and heard about how Ratchet saved Kim and Ron from another one of Drakken's deathtraps. Then without any evaluations, Dr. Possible asks Ratchet to look after his daughter and thanked her for everything that he has done for her. A little afterwards, Wade reported to them that Drakken is sending the shuttle pieces to another galaxy which was revealed to be the Bogon Galaxy. From there, Kim and Ratchet decided to help each other out with their missions as soon as they arrived in Bogon.

Kim Possible The Extremely Secret Files Part 2
After 2 weeks, they arrived in Bogon. Ratchet and Kim left for the first location, a flying lab on the planet Arados, while Ron left with Clank to chill out at Clank's new apartment building in Megapolis on the planet Endako. While Ratchet and Kim left on Ratchet's ship, Shego was trailing them nearby.
After arriving at Arados, Ratchet and Kim contacted Mr. Fizzwidget, the CEO of a massive company known as Megacorp as well as their employer, to let them know of their arrival. They then began to infiltrate the flying lab and fought through it. They fought through the lab until they were able to find what Ratchet was asked to retrieve: a blue, furry creature the size and shape of a large furball, who was also known as "The Experiment". Before they had the chance to retrieve it, a mysterious masked man, who stole the The Experiment from Megacorp. The thief grabbed the little creature and left the massive flying lab while leaving Kim and Ratchet to fight their way out.
As they fought their way through to try and escape the massive ship, Kim was informed by Wade to either scan or collect pieces of alien tech so that he could study and examine them. They left the flying lab by leaping off of it, landed into their ship and flew off of the planet.
After leaving, they reported to Mr. Fizzwidget that the thief escaped with the Experiment. Mr. Fizzwidget then informed the duo that he received a footage of the thief at an outlet mall on another planet named Oozla. The duo then made their way there, however Kim was suspicious towards Mr. Fizzwidget just after they contacted him. Ratchet brushed it off, as he didn't seemed concerned about it. However, Kim wasn't so easily dissuaded from her suspicions.
After arriving on Oozla, Wade showed them that he has built a vendor that he plans to use to transport things to them and vice versa. From there, they received a container used to hold the pieces of Dr. Possible's space station while also being informed that he's picking up a signal from on of the pieces. They made their way to the outlet mall, hoping to find the thief and the piece of Dr. Possible's space shuttle.
They attempted to fight through the swamp-filled landscape and arrived at the outlet mall, where they found the first piece of Dr. Possible's space shuttle, but there was no sign of the thief or the Experiment. However, they did receive a transmission from Mr. Fizzwidget who informed the duo that the thief was seen at the Maktar Resort. They were also asked by him to dismantle a jamming array that was interfering with transmitting advertising for a battle arena.
Kim and Ratchet decided to head for the resort, but before they had the chance to even leave the outlet mall, Shego took them by surprise and attempted to prevent them from leaving. Kim went on to fight Shego while Ratchet tried to find a way out. Once he was able to do that, he and Kim escaped and were pursued by Shego. With a little help from Wade, they were able to escape Shego. They then made their way towards their next destination.
Meanwhile in Megapolis, Ron and Clank were in Clank's new apartment. Clank was getting pampered while Ron and Rufus were ordering from the virtual menu. While Ron placed his next order, Clank was snatched, causing Ron to become frantic after realizing that Clank was gone.
Some Friends in Need[]
Kim and Ratchet arrived at the resort shortly after being attacked by a horde of unknown alien marauders. Kim gazed out at the celestial bodies with Ratchet for a bit before heading out. Along the way, they ran into Lilo and Stitch , who Kim hadn't seen since the mission she took on involving them. The duo told them about a bunch of experiments, or Stitch's cousins as they like to call them, scattered all over the Bogon Galaxy and they had to look for them. They then asked Ratchet and Clank to keep a look out for them, which they agreed to do.
Kim and Ratchet made their way to a jamming array to shut it down. Along the way, they noticed strange shifts in the massive moon-sided jamming array. Ratchet went off to shut down the jamming array while Kim went off to look for the cause of the strange gravity shifts.
After finishing up and making their way back to the resort, Kim had a strange creature in a containment field whom she suspected was responsible for the strange gravity shifts. They were then informed by Mr. Fizzwidget that the thief has hired Thugs-4-Less , a company of Mercenaries. He then told them of a way to infiltrate the mercenaries by meeting with a gang of space bikers known as the Desert Riders on the planet Barlow.
After returning to the resort, the duo reunited with Lilo and Stitch who immediately recognized the creature they had with them: Experiment 147 or Newton, as Lilo calls it. It has the ability to control gravity, which confirmed Kim's earlier suspicions. They turned the Experiment over to Lilo and Stitch then they departed hoping they would meet again.
As they were making their way to the arena, they were informed by Wade that on of the prizes at the arena was another piece of Dr. Possible's space station, prompting them to want to fight in the arena even more. After fighting in the arena, they were able to win all of the prizes they were able to get, including a piece of the space shuttle.
Kim Possible The Extremely Secret Files Part 3
After exiting the arena, they received a call from Ron, telling them that Clank had been snatched by the thief, so they were to make their way to the planet Endako to rescue him.
Arriving in Megapolis, they were faced with many of the thugs from Thugs-4-Less, including their leader. They were able to bring him down and hurried to Clank's apartment as fast as they could. They met up with Ron, who was still distraught over Clank being snatched. From there, he left with Kim and Ratchet.
On their way to find and rescue Clank, they faced off against more enemies and ran into Shego again. Kim fought her off as Ratchet went to find Clank. He, Kim and Ron fell into a trap where they were locked into a room. Ratchet got Clank back on line and with a little help from Rufus, Clank helped to break his friends out of the room.
Continuing through, they found another piece of the space shuttle in the possession of Drakken. They fought against him to try and get it back. They succeeded and Drakken departed from it. Returning to their ship, they opened up a set of back seats, with Ron and Clank sitting in the back. The group continued on their mission.
The Search for the Experiment[]
Arriving on the planet Barlow, Ron got into a mess with the alien puppies which shredded his pants almost completely. Wade sent the group his newly invented Pants Regenerator that activates and repairs his pants whenever they get torn. They ran into an old Gadgetron vendor bot then ran into a member of the Desert Riders. He told them that the Desert Riders are having a race and the prize was what appeared to be a piece of a foreign spacecraft with was that if Dr. Possible's space shuttle. Ratchet raced against the Desert Riders and retrieved the piece for Kim. The Desert Rider member then received a message from their boss about a picnic taking place within the Feltzen System. The group decided to infiltrate the rendezvous point hoping to intercept any important transmissions.
Kim Possible The Extremely Secret Files Part 4
Arriving at the Feltzen System, they were bombarded by Thugs-4-Less goons then intercepted a transmission of the thief berating the leader of Thugs-4-Less for not taking their agreement seriously. They found that the transmission came from a planet named Notak and made their way there.
Along the way, they watched an episode of a show called Behind the Hero which talked about a disgraced hero named Captain Qwark , someone that Ratchet and Clank had met in the past.
Arriving in Canal City on Notak, they were too late to stop the thief as he was already leaving the planet. They then rushed into the city to try and find out was he was doing. Along the way, they ran into Lilo and Stitch again, who was still hunting for Stitch's cousins. Just then, a massive blackout occurred and a mysterious creature was seen scurrying around the city. The group chased the creature down only to find that it was Experiment 242, a genetically modified creature that can drain electricity from its source, confirming that it was the one that caused the blackout. After the electricity went back on, Lilo thanked the group for helping her and Stitch again and handed them another piece of Dr. Possible's space shuttle which they had found within the middle of the city. After Lilo and Stitch said their goodbyes and went off, the group continued towards a chemical factory where they discovered that the thief had placed an order for some chemicals. They also found out that he was heading for a planet called Siberius and headed there immediately.
An Unexpected Plot-twist[]
They arrived on the frigid planet where they confronted the thief before he was about to send the Experiment into space on a rocket missile. They fought off the thief and retrieved the Experiment. They then contacted Mr. Fizzwidget to let them know that they had retrieved the Experiment. He then had them meet him on a desert planet called Tabora. They made the long flight as Ron and Clank were having a tough time managing the Experiment. When they arrived on the desert planet, Mr. Fizzwidget arrived and landed his large shuttle on top of Ratchet's ship, wrecking it completely. They handed it over to him and boarded his ship only to be ejected from it. Kim, Ron and Clank were suspicious of what just happened, but Ratchet brushed it off as Mr. Fizzwidget being senile.
Kim Possible The Extremely Secret Files Part 5
When they met with the thief again, he tried to threaten the group into handing him the Experiment. However, he fell over and had his mask fall off, revealing that he is a she and a female Lombax, none the less. When they told her that they had returned the Experiment, she mentioned that what they had just done placed the entire galaxy in imminent danger. She then left them revealing a clue as to her motives for stealing the Experiment. The group, however, was without a ship, but they met a guru who was willing to repair it by mysterious manners in exchange for some crystals that they had to find in the desert. After their ship was repaired, they left the planet and made their way to a planet called Dobbo.
On their way to the planet, they watched another segment of Captain Qwark on Behind the Hero, mentioning that he had to pay a hefty debt for his scam and tried to run away but was arrested and awaiting trial. Then by a bizarre twist of fate, somehow flushed himself down the toilet, something that Kim and Ron had a very hard time wrapping their mind around.
They arrived within a test facility on the planet. There, they ran into Lilo and Stitch again who were after not only one, but 6 of Stitch's cousins within the area. The group then split up to find them. They were able to find Experiments 005, who is a heavy lifter 193, who can throw water balls, 380, who can shoot laser beams 448 and 506, who are cryokenetics and 575, who can attract objects with its magnet-like ears. After rounding them up, the group split from Lilo and Stitch to continue their mission.
Within another part of the area, they ran into a huge wrestler/number cruncher who calls himself the Mathematician. He informed the group of a moon which housed a fighter who Wade had informed them was right near another piece of Dr. Possible's space shuttle. Clank found a device that morphed him into a giant and launched himself, Ratchet and Kim onto the moon. There, they ran into the boss of Thug-4-Less, fought him off and obtained another piece of the shuttle.
Returning from the moon, they were given an invitation to partake in the Megacorp Games on another planet called Joba. Wade informed them that there was another piece of the shuttle on the planet. The group was given a choice to either stay on Dobbo and look for intel on why the female Lombax stole the Experiment or leave for Joba to find the next shuttle piece. The group all agreed that finding the shuttle piece was more important and that they can return to Dobbo later, so they left for Joba.
Meanwhile, Dr. Drakken called up the leader of Thug-4-Less and persuade him to end her agreement with the thief in exchange for a new contract.
Suspisions Arise[]
Kim Possible The Extremely Secret Files Part 6
The group arrived on the planet Joba, where Kim and Ratchet glanced out at the beautiful scenery before continuing on with the mission. Wade informs the group that the Megacorp games consists of a challenge in which they must win 2 separate events: one being the battle arena and the other being the bike race. The prizes for both events are keys that will open a door hidden somewhere within the area, but the door needs to be found without the use of maps or trackers. The group sent Ron to find the door while they went to take on the events. Before they did, Wade sent out a few gadgets for Kim to enhance her fighting abilities.
They arrived at the battle arena where they faced many challenges and many fierce fighters, with Shego being their final challenge. They then made their way to the bikers where Ratchet challenged the Desert Riders while Kim went off to help out Ron. After the events were won and the keys were collected, they made their way to the door, which, by using the 2 keys, opened it and collected the prize behind the door: another piece of Dr. Possible's space shuttle.
Almost immediately, they received a call from Dr. Possible, himself, who informed the group that he was paid by a few ominous men to build his own space station, provided with the money and resources needed to build it. However, over the years, he became suspicious of the men, believing that they have him build his own space station for a nefarious purpose but got himself in too deep to bail out, so he cautioned Kim to keep their retrieving the space station a secret as soon as she was able to take it back from Drakken and Shego. The group returned to Dobbo to finish up with what they were doing there.
Kim Possible The Extremely Secret Files Part 7
The group returned to Dobbo to find out that the Experiment was incredibly violent, as even its handler couldn't control it. They tried to warn Mr. Fizzwidget of this, but he didn't seem to be paying attention. They then asked to meet with him at his Disposal Facility to talk about it, to which he gave them the "password" for the facility. Upon their arrival, the password that they used didn't work and were bombarded by the facility's defenses. They fought off the defenses long enough to come in contact with Mr. Fizzwidget again. They didn't do much to get through to him and found that he was shooting a commercial at a Weapons Facility on the planet Todano. They left for the planet to try and meet with him.
On their way to the planet, Wade contacted them to inform them that Mr. Fizzwidget never intended on meeting the group at the Disposal Facility and tried to have them killed. From this, they really became suspicious towards Mr. Fizzwidget.
A Horrible Disaster To Occur[]
The group arrived on the planet and found that the facility really does do tours, just like the commercial mentioned. It also showed that they were incredibly dangerous just like the commercial displayed as the civilians were exposed to mutant creatures that were to devour them. The group rushed out to protect the civilians from the mutants. The civilians were kept safe thanks to the diligent efforts of the group as well as a massive help from Ron's....pants. The group was given another piece of Dr. Possible's space shuttle as thanks and the tour group left the planet while the group made their way further into the facility.
They fought there way through the facility and received a transmission from the female Lombax who revealed her name to be Angela Cross. She informs the group that Thugs-4-Less had stolen her flying lab, who were bought off by someone that outbid Angela. She also revealed that the deadly experiment is being made into pets, to which due to its violent nature, is proven to be a humongous disaster. The group then decided to find Mr. Fizzwidget and confront him about the issue, to which the commercial that they just saw revealed that he was on the planet Boldan, so the group made their way there immediately.
Kim Possible The Extremely Secret Files Part 8
They arrived on the planet and fought through hoard after hoard of Thugs-4-Less goons, only to find that the "Mr. Fizzwidget" that they were looking for was just a robot. They were soon cornered by the Thugs-4-Less, with Dr. Drakken stepping out to reveal that he bought off the thugs from Angela. They then planned to send the group to their new prison, which was actually Angela's flying lab that was taken from her by the thugs. The group was taken there where Kim and Ron were pulled away from Ratchet and Clank while the duo was placed in a cell together. Clank was able to escape with the help of a female infobot. A little afterwards, Ratchet was able to escape and rushed off to find Kim and Ron.
Ratchet fought through the prison until he was able to find where Kim was being held. She was conversing with Drakken and Shego while Ratchet eavesdropped. He listened on when Drakken mentioned that he is working with Mr. Fizzwidget while he was working on a terrible plot of his own, then mentioned that Mr. Fizzwidget was just using Ratchet and then planned to get rid of him afterwards, which greatly enraged the young Lombax. He then burst through the doors, took on Shego a little and freed Kim from her shackles. Drakken and Shego ran away and Kim planned to go after them later as she wanted to find Ron, which wasn't so hard to do considering that they could just follow the sounds of him screaming.
They found Ron within a chamber that he was locked in with a bunch of monkeys. The duo freed Ron from the chamber as he ran out of it while still being chased by the monkeys. Ratchet and Kim helped him out of that, to which he was very grateful for them. They soon ran off to find Clank in the same place where Ratchet's ship was impounded. With some help from Wade, the group made their way towards where to shut down the force field that was encasing it. Along the way, they ran into Lilo and Stitch again. They were looking for another of their experiments and were caught off guard by a loud noise. They soon found out that it was the floor within another corridor being destroyed by Drakken, which is someone that Stitch remembered all too well. The group chased after the Drakken while flying around as most of the floor had already been destroyed. They eventually caught up to him and forced him to give back all of the collected ship parts that he stole from Kim. Shego arrived shortly and the 2 were able to escape.
They made it to another chamber where one of the experiments that Lilo and Stitch were looking for made things really cold. They were able to incarcerate the experiment and Lilo showed the group a footage of Angela at one of the Thugs-4-Less fleet, only to see her get caught by the thug leader. The group made strides to get themselves out of the place while Lilo and Stitch left to go somewhere else.
The group made their way to the planet Gorn where they fought off the Thugs-4-Less fleet ships. Soon enough, they received a transmission from the thug leader giving out a very lackluster threat to the group. However, they were able to receive coordinates for his location and made their way to the Thug-4-Less home planet, Snivelak.
The Fight Against the Threat[]
Kim Possible The Extremely Secret Files Part 9
The arrived on the planet and fought their way through the place to find Angela. Their first challenge was trying to get into the massive metropolis. Kim and Ratchet were able to find a way to open the massive gate from inside the city with some maneuverability and athletic prowess that was an amazing spectacle that they performed together. They then fought their way through one onslaught after another, to which everyone but Ron could handle with ease. They arrived in the middle of the city to find Angela locked in a cage within the chest of a massive robot, which was being piloted by the Thug leader. The group off the massive mech and freed Angela.
Before the group had the chance to continue, Angela showed them a clip of the Thug leader mentioning that there was a large shipment of Protopet at a warehouse on planet Smolg. They were scheduled to be shipped to every planet in the galaxy. Knowing that they had a major disaster on their hands, the group made it their next priority to head to the planet and disrupt the cargo. However, Angela had a plan to break into the Protopet Distribution Center to shut down the operation for good, so she intended to head to her home planet to pick up her ID badge considering that she was an employee of Megacorp and she tried to fix the Protopet's flaw that cause it to become monstrous. Knowing what they had to do, the group split from Angela and made their way to the planet Smolg.
During their flight to the planet, they watched the closing segment of Captain Qwark in Behind the Hero, which mentioned that no one has seen or heard from Qwark in 6 weeks.
Kim Possible The Extremely Secret Files Part 10
A little after they arrived on the planet, they ran into Lilo and Stitch again, who picked up on a massive reading of many Experiments, but none of them turned out to be any of Stitch's cousins. From there, the group told them about what has been happening and what they've been doing. After hearing the story, Lilo and Stitch decided to help them out. They brought along their Ohana, which were several of Stitch's cousins rehabilitated and wrecked the shipment of Protopets throughout the entire place. The group also helped out, while a little along the way, they received a message from Angela, informing the group that she managed to find her ID badge on her home planet but also came across a few of the Protopets.
The group went over to Lilo to let her know that they need to leave to save Angela, but then Lilo told them that she found a transmission that made all of their efforts in disrupting the Protopet shipment for naught. Some of them have already reached a populated area: a metropolis named Allgon City on the planet Damosel. The group decided to leave for the planet as did Lilo, Stitch and their Ohana to save the populace.
Arriving in Allgon City, Stitch and his cousins already have their hands full with the Protopets on the rails so Ratchet and his friends ran into the city. There, the Protopets were ravaging the place and multiplying uncontrollably. The group attempted to fight them all off, but they were greatly overwhelmed. Suddenly, Ron decided to take off his pants and use them to lure out the Protopets. The plan worked but the Protopets completely shredded and devoured his pants, leaving him without a pair of pants and the rest of the group embarrassed.
After they cleared out the Protopets and saved the Populace of the city, Ratchet and his group bid Lilo and Stitch farewell, leaving them and their Ohana to continue clearing the galaxy out of the Protopet and made their way for Angela's home planet, Grelbin.
Foiling One Evil Plot, Going for Another[]

Arriving on the planet, they hit a massive roadblock, but with the help of the Guru, after taking on one extremely excruciatingly difficult errand, they were able to make their way through one tunnel after another, also with some help from Rufus and Wade, until they were able to reach Angela's house. They fought off the Protopets nearby and met with Angela who provided them the intel, the plan and the ID badge needed to shut down the Protopet operation for good. They made their way to their next planet they needed to go: Yeedil.
They made their way to the planet and prepared themselves to fight through the area. This was perhaps their toughest fight yet. They were able to reach the end where they reunited with Angela, but before they had the chance to do anything, the female robot that helped Clank earlier appeared and showed the group a footage of Qwark planning on carrying out his comeback. The female bot was then severely shocked by Mr. Fizzwidget, much to the surprise of the group, and reveals himself to be Qwark in disguise. He forced the group into the Protopet Distribution Chamber, where he attempted to frame the group for the Protopet disaster that he started to make himself look like a hero. However, his plan backfired when he accidentally transformed the prototype Protopet into a massive beast and was eaten whole. Ratchet, Kim and Clank rushed out to fight the behemoth Protopet while Ron left with Angela to look around the entire facility.
After the monster was beaten, Angela and Ron approached the trio with the real Mr. Fizzwidget whom Ron and Angela just rescued from being tied up in a supply closet. The behemoth then spat out Qwark and the device he used to try and tame the Protopet. After finding out what went wrong with it, they brought the Protopet back down to its normal size and then plan on doing the same with the other Protopets. Mr. Fizzwidget then handed the group the final piece of Dr. Possible's space station, which was exactly what they needed to rebuild the shuttle. Angela then offered to reassemble the shuttle as thanks for helping her to end the Protopet epidemic, with Mr. Fizzwidget willing to offer his services, as well.
In the midst of all of this, Qwark tried to seek away but then was stopped by Lilo, Stitch and their Ohana. They then went off to prepare a very special punishment for Qwark with Angela, Mr. Fizzwidget and Ron following after them after the prototype Protopet ate his pants.
Kim Possible The Extremely Secret Files Part 12
Ratchet, Kim and Clank were about to leave with the rest when Kim received a call from her dad, to which she was told to destroy the space station as he found out that the men who paid him to build it was planning on using it for something terrible. Before he could reveal what it us, the men took Dr. Possible hostage and used him to threaten Kim into retrieving the space station and return it to them. Kim knew that turning over the space station was something she shouldn't do, but she didn't do what they told her to do, her father could suffer the consequences.
Kim was greatly devastated by this dilemma, so much so that she couldn't think straight. Ratchet tried to snap her out of it, but nothing he could say helped, so he had Wade find some way to save Dr. Possible as a means of helping Kim come to her senses. They were able to come up with a plan together, which helped reassured Kim just enough to bring her back to her senses.
Much time later, Dr. Possible's space station was reassembled and the final modifications were made. Kim

and Ron then made their way back to the ISSF with Ratchet and Clank following along. With the help of Ratchet and Clank, they were able to enter the space station. They fought their way through many hazards to try and reach Drakken and Shego at the control center. Upon arriving, Drakken revealed that he was able to find out about the secret project that Dr. Possible was paid by some mysterious men to build. Not only that, but they found out from the secret files that the men built a mega beam capable of creating a wildfire powerful enough to wipe out all life on the surface of an entire planet. They were planning on using it on the Earth to rebuild a new, perfect civilization with the select few individuals who they chose to be part of it.
Upon finding out that her dad was being used to build this destructive and evil super weapon, Kim fell to the floor, devastated out of her mind. However, with some encouragement from Ratchet, she came to her senses and fought against Drakken and Shego. They started out fighting their robots, then the villainous duo fought them in a mecha, first inside the space station, then went into space where they fought against them via Giant Clank. Ron and Wade worked diligently to gain control of the space station and after Drakken and Shego were defeated, everyone evacuated the space station so that Wade can upload the detonation code to blow it up completely.
As they came in contact with Wade again, he announced to them that the plan to save Dr. Possible worked. Many of the people that Kim had helped in the past gathered at the space station, overpowered the men that took him hostage and freed him. The secret space station project was exposed, including the dark secrets that they were hiding and the men that were paid Dr. Possible for this were arrested for conspiring to wipe out all life on Earth. From there they decided to return home with Ratchet and Clank more than happy to return to Earth with them.

Kim Possible The Extremely Secret Files Part 14-Finale
Upon returning to Earth, they were greeted with a huge crowd of people, cheering on the heroes as Kim and Ron reunited with their families. Ratchet even had a chance to take his first few steps on Earth as he was also greeted by the people's cheers. He then had the chance to meet Kim and Ron's families while Clank turned Drakken and Shego over to Global Justice before regrouping with his friends. Ratchet was especially thrilled to see Dr. Possible in person for the first time, since he had been through one serious epidemic. Dr. Possible was so grateful for Ratchet helping out Kim and Ron that he gave him full permission to date his daughter whenever he liked. Kim and Ratchet were immediately startled by this and tried to deny having any feelings for each other, but Ron and Clank were able to convince them otherwise. Kim and Ratchet then realized through everything they've been through that they really did care very deeply for each other to the point where they were in love with each other and, with some encouragement from Ron and the surrounding crowd. Shared their first kiss.
Ratchet and Clank spent a week on Earth with Kim and Ron as they got to see everything within their home. They had the chance to see their school, Middleton High, where they met many of their classmates, including their friend, Monique, and Kim's wicked rival, Bonnie. They had spent some time with Dr. Possible, helping him out with several projects that he had in mind, including rebuilding another model of the ISSF. They visited some of Kim and Ron's favorite stores, such as Club Banana, to which Ratchet harbored an immediate dislike towards, and Smarty Mart, something that he agree with Ron is a better store. They even spent some time at Bueno Nacho, where Ron finally had his Nacos, much to their disgust.
Ratchet spent a lot of time with Kim, doing things with her such as going all over town with her, watch her cheerleading tryouts, with Bonnie being too distracted by Ratchet being around to concentrate as she was really annoyed with having him around. Kim even spent some time teaching him some cheerleading moves, much to Bonnie's disgust.
During Ratchet and Clank's final night on Earth, Ratchet and Kim sat alone together of the roof of Kim's house looking out at the stars and talking about their journey together in space. Wade then provided them the means to communicate with each other whenever they like, so that they're never too far apart from one another.
On the day that Ratchet and Clank left Earth, Kim said her goodbyes to them and watches as they left the planet, looking forward to when she would see them again.
