The Federal Army of Chorus, also known simply as either the Federal Army or Federation, is an army of soldiers on the planet of Chorus. They fight against the New Republic in order to restore peace to the planet after the New Republic started uprising due to the Federal Army's failure to govern its people correctly.
After learning that the Chairman was responsible for the near destruction of Chorus, The F.A.C. and the New Republic proposed a temporary truce, which then eventually turned into a proper alliance after agreeing to fight Charon Industries and the Space Pirates together with Team Blood Gulch.
The Federal Army was led by General Donald Doyle until his death in Season 13.
