The "Fearless Leader" is the main villain of the animated TV series The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show, the 2000 film and 2018 reboot The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle.
He is the leader of the nation Pottsylvania, and is also the boss of Boris Badanov and Natasha Fatale. Fearless Leader wears a monocle and bears a large scar on his left cheek (although it sometimes changes cheek throughout the series).
He was voiced by the late Bill Scott in the TV series and portrayed by Robert De Niro in the film The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle.

Fearless Leader was ask to tell Vlad and Black Knight to offer money Chemical workshop factory. Black Knight was upset, but Fearless Leader showed them reward. She and Vlad quickly agreed.
Tuxedo Lovelace vs CarnEvil[]
Dormammu's forces was prepared for birth of Zombie Kingdom along with the newly acquired Black Cauldron which he then summons the Cauldron Born.
During the final battle Fearless Leader and his henchmen retreats.
In the epilogue, Vlad Bender and Fearless Leader attempts to deal with Hunson Abadeer one more time.
LOTM - Birth of Miracle Elite[]
After some time, Tuxedo and Spawn are surrounded by Fearless Leader along with his mercenaries and discover that he and The Russian Aliance are Dormammu's forces. Vlad Bender then offers Tuxedo and Spawn to join them, so he can take over the Universes under Dormamm's orders. They then challenges Vlad.
Vlad and Fearless Leader decides that he has had enough of Tuxedo's resistance and instead proceeds to doing things his way. However, The Communist army appears and captures them all, with Fearless Leader revealing that he followed Vlad Bender.
After Inferno Clan's defeat, Fearless Leader defects himself off-screen from Dormammu's clan and moved on.
